Incredible playing!!! Just introduced to Esme two days ago...can't stop listening. Everything I have heard represents the top or equal to the top interpretation I have ever heard. Can't get enough!!!
This is the best interpretation of this piece that I've heard. This performance brings me chills and makes me cry. Especially the second movement is so emotive and intensive.
Even with a new-to-me member on the viola it's still a superb, passionate quartet. I do hope that whatever it was that led to the change, it was a peaceful and friendly parting of the ways. Bravo! on the wonderful performance!
