- @Mikecheckmoto I had mentioned the R6 tail light mod that Mike did, but I forgot to mention that it actually fit on his bike. Go 'Check' out his channel please, he actually does moto vlogs, he has videos of him actually riding it around, and he has a pretty decent parts list.
I hope this video was in some way informative, thank you for watching, and have a good day
Literally just got one yesterday and I would love to find a way to get this thing a little faster , any advice please
Look into getting lighter variator weights, and a slightly bigger carb
There's not much you can do to squeeze out extra power from a 50cc
And this is a scooter?
Do not buy venom 18x motorcycle
Why not? I'd love to hear your opinion on the matter.
Aye man
@@timothywayne1234 what's up?
@@Billy_The_Kid- bout buy 1 I am from poplar bluff Missouri
@@timothywayne1234 nice, what color?

@@Billy_The_Kid- red /orange 🤷id like blue frfr but holler at me I'm bout gts soon
Where did you buy from and how much
Venommotorsportsusa.com
Price is 2,000 usually when it's on sale, that INCLUDES shipping. Its free shipping for residential areas. To reply to your other comment, yeah, this particular model is a 50cc GY6 scooter
It is 1,899.99 right now
@@Billy_The_Kid- k and thank you
Is the gear box filled with oil with a chain or is it just a belt with with no oil?
It has a belt, the only other fluids other than engine oil is gear oil, you can access the belt easily. You can pop off the case and fluids won't spill out, if that is what you are asking
@@Billy_The_Kid- thank you, yes it was and do you have any recommendations on where to get and what variator and belt to buy to improve performance?
@@nogamer247 I'm unsure of the belt, but Glixal makes a good variator.
@@Billy_The_Kid- perfect I’ll check them out, but do you recommend buying one for let’s say 80cc to improve it or 50cc and just play with the weight of it?
@@nogamer247 I'd start out with the 50cc so you can get a feel for it (if this is your first time on two wheels with a motor) if you've ridden motorcycles or dirt bikes before then I'd recommend 80cc. Once you upgrade your engine to 80 you'll need to change a few other things to compensate, plus with the 80, they bore out a 50cc motor, so your walls are thinner in the block, making overheating a larger possibility
What’s the top speed you can get stock?
around 30 with limited
@@themishone2914how would I increase the speed without getting a big bore kit?
It depends on your weight, I weigh 130 Lbs, and I can go 40+. The "Plus" being only a few more MPH if there's NO wind and I driving on a relatively flat surface
@@randumbvideos7455you can get an aftermarket CDI (Rev limiter), or go the less simple and more reliable route. Go up a couple MM on you Carburetor and get a jetting kit, buy a cold air intake, and you may or may not need a new exhaust, and you can't forget about the Variator weights, generally if you want more top speed you put in heavier weights, and if you want faster takeoff and acceleration go lighter
I just got one used and it’s kinda bogging. I adjusted the idle screw but I’m gonna go ahead an change the carb an intake. Already changed the exhaust. Let me know what has worked for you if you end up goin that route.
