Huesker Flexcover Combi +
With the new Flexcover Combi Plus study, HUESKER is presenting the latest innovation in agricultural machinery, another flexible transport system. This will be presented for the first time at AGRITECHNICA 2017, Hall 23 Stand A36. After the seasonal transport solution Flexcover Combi, the main focus is now on the avoidance of empty runs. An aluminum truck body is extended by a modular structure with a flexible storage bag to make possible transfers of liquids and solids in the change.
In action, we filmed the Flexcover Combi + truck semi-trailer with a DAF tractor in action.
We started with a contractor, with the task of transporting grass silage from a cow farm to a biogas plant. The silage was loaded with a Claas Scorpion telescopic loader. After it was unloaded at a BGA, the Flexcover Combi could be filled immediately with fermentation substrate. After a short drive on the DAF truck, the substrate was pumped into a manure container by a farmer. Subsequently, the tailgate was swapped within a very short time to increase the possible payload. After 30 minutes, the team could make their way to the loading sugar beet. The Flexcover Combi + semi-trailer was loaded with a beet mouse from Ropa. After the beets were delivered to the sugar beet factory, the day was drawing to a close and the vehicle including the Flexcover Combi + started the journey home.
The truck combination including Flexcover Combi + can be used not only in agriculture for agricultural goods, such as liquid manure, silage, grain, etc., but also transports bulk goods (eg construction sites bulk materials, such as sand, gravel, etc.)

Es handelt sich bei Flexcover Combi Plus um eine Studie, die momentan noch in der Entwicklungsphase ist. Wir haben fünf Prototypen unterwegs, um Praxiserfahrungen sammeln zu können. Einer der Testbetriebe wurde kürzlich erfolgreich GMP zertifiziert. Die Genossenschaften und Landhändler bewerten das System positiv, was sich in der guten Akzeptanz widerspiegelt.
