Sir, most of the times the front and back of the house is left open as per regulatory norms which is depressed as compared to the rest of the construction for drainage point of view. Please advise will it affect the vastu purush as you told for knee related issues or head related issues. Also some people fabricate iron jaals on the back side which are kept above one or two bricks to avoid water contact. How will this be seen ? You brought up a great point . Thanks

(i.e., extending the rectangular plot east side from top(NE side) to a little more than half of the rectangular length of the plot (on East) only for balcony). Please give any remedies if necessary...

From center of house u have to see direction.
