“The Zentangle ® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these patterns, tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the "Elemental Strokes" in all Zentangle art. These patterns are drawn on small pieces of paper called "tiles." We call them tiles because you can assemble them into mosaics.

First: I’m thankful no one was hurt. That sound made me feel pain!
2nd: though it’s defiantly busy, it work very well. I think it’s a moment at an alien rock concert & all the fans are crammed in together (obviously before 2020!) They wave their antennae to show their appreciation - you know, since they don’t have hands and they can’t clap.
3rd: I like them better without the stripes and with the color.

Hello, this is my first time here and I love this colored tangle. Great background too. These little creatures are so fun and lively, but that big one in the lower left corner ...... watch out for that one. He reminds me of the plant from Little Shop Of Horrors, the movie with Rick Moranis. This one could be the star of his own painting. Thanks for the fun.

I tried the aura lines as you were talking about it and yeah it made the pattern look too busy, my eyes didn't know where to look first, so I blacked them in and it looked a bit better. Thank you for all your hard work, you make learning so much of an adventure.

I added the parallel lines on just the left side ‘petal’ which made a nice pattern (used brown micron). And used that for added fescues.

Before the fescues were added they sort of looked like parrot beaks to me!
