Hello Taryn! The way you present/ edit your videos are perfectly fine. Do what's easiest and stay true to you and your way of creating. Yes, I work in this manner when possible. It does save time. Your revamps turned out beautiful, as always. Thanks for providing us with your best every time. You're truly appreciated. Is your son excited about becoming an older brother? Take care of yourself and Baby. 😊
Thank you! Will do, Terri! And yes, Lucas is overjoyed about getting to finally be a big brother. And he’s already so sweet to all his baby cousins that he’s going to be a little champ when baby finally gets here. It will be fun watching him grow into that role.
Hi Taryn, love all of these projects, I have some plum black I was thinking would look beautiful as a base color on those little shelves with the flowers. My sister used to have a ceramic shop, that's where I spent my days off, working there, that's where I learned dry brushing, waxing, staining, mixing colors... I see you work on those smalls and it brings me back...love it all...Take care...cheers !!! ...🍁 🍁
I, too, generally have multiple projects going at one time. It's not only effective. It saves cleanup time, which as a crafter, my least favorite part of the process! Love all your projects!
Of course I have to stop again!!❤ The flower shelves are Gourgemous!! And Loving all the diff kinds of birds!!!you continue to Amaze me with your colors!!! And I’m not even done watching your video!! Apologize, I’m stupid quirky right now after 2 days of working 12 hour shifts and off tomarrow & watching you!! Smile on face wide!! Reminds me of Cindy Lauper and “Girls just wanna have fun” song❤❤❤
Good grief, those are some long hours! I hope you get some extra rest on your days off. But as far as being quirky- bring it on. The quirkier the better 😁
Ok. I’m gonna stop while I’m having this idea “pop” into my head. Remember LOL❤ That played gold piece you did? I Love the way you flipped the moulds around, but it looks like a man with eyes, bushy eye brows a nose and the “shell” is now a mustache!! Crazy!! ❤ right!! Now mind you, I’m invideo where you are about to glue the moulds in place!! So darn cute!!!❤🎉❤
I was thinking EXACTLY the same thing! A mustached, bushy eyebrowed man with a big nose! Hilarious!😂 But it still is gorgeous, even though I can still see the face.🌸
I love your videos! I'm a sewist . I didn't think I could do the painting. But do it , and explain it so well. I like seeing you do a whole batch at a time. Keep up the great work!
I absolutely love the way you did this video I love seeing several projects at once. I am drooling over the fat bird. I want it so bad. I can never find things like that. I am totally into birds. Thanks for sharing.
OMG❤Absolutely Loving That teal piece that was the man!! Now he looks like a wise “patina” Owl!! You are sooo Great at what you do!!!!❤🦉❤Now is the time I wish I had a credit card (paid off) or even ATM card!!!!
WOW!! Between the duck & chicken-exact match!! I say that, but the colors are same and the white accents are the same for the finer detail & the larger detail!! And Love the “puffy” bird❤
@@elegantupgrades Absolutely not allowed for you!! You are glowing!! Had 3. Now upper 20’s & low 30’s. Gained 25# with first, 35# with 2nd, & a whopping 65# with 3rd!!! Talk about weeble-wobble !! All 3 weighed 7 lb and 4 oz and 19 in long!!
@@elegantupgrades Fluffy puffy? Are you using your belly as a plate holder? LOL!! I did🥹☺️When you sit on the couch? Legs don’t come together anymore and fluff puff is laying on the couch? You are very strong willed with your ambition for an event near delivery time!! Take your time. When for recovery and a whole new world of Motherhood!!! At 5 months pregnant with 2nd child, I had a very serious reality-I can’t have this baby!! I can’t even imagine Loving another baby as much as I Loved my first!! Thought I was loosing my mind!! You can and will💜💙
I use my belly as a mug rest all the time 😂 Plus it’s fun to watch the baby try to kick it off. I’ve already “ordered” help for the show, just in case I’m not feeling up to it. But so long as I have help with setup and take down, it’s pretty easy going just sitting in your booth chatting with people who love all the same things I love.
Thank you for the tutorial seeing the subtle difference between white wax and using a dry brush. I love the hanging planter with the added clay embellishments and the coppery greenish patina it really looks a hundred years old. The metallic powder on the flower shelves creates a dreamy rich look to them. Classy magic! B~}
Hi! I like these videos as is. I'm not trying 2 learn 2 paint tho. The ways U transform pieces, Ur use of diffrent products + techniques + hearing Ur creativity as the pieces progress works. Ciao
My go to is always Chalk Mountain Furniture Paint. amzn.to/4abeC7g It’s what I used on this video and almost every one of my other videos. I’ve recently busted out some old milk paint that I had and that’s been fun, too. It’s the Farmhouse Finishes one that has a bond in it already so there’s less of a chance of chipping.
It varies, but here I believe I have my squeeze bottle filled with the gorilla wood glue. I also like E6000 if it’s a surface that doesn’t like to hold.
Do not change how you work more efficient. Exactly what I do have three or four items in different stages. I think other u tubers do also they just spend too much time editing. I wish they wld show how they actually do their work. Then we can gage the amount of time it’s taking them to complete
I appreciate the input! I want to be helpful, but I also don’t want to spend more time editing so I’m glad everyone seems good with the flow of the video.

Plum black sounds amazing! It’s one of my favorite car colors and I’ve never even considered crossing it over to decor. You are brilliant, Martine!

I’m with ya- clean up is the least fun part!
Your background music puts me on edge. Those beeps. Still love your show!
Now I finally know what to do to 4 very colorful birds sitting on a log. It just needs taupe and white wax! Thanks
Oh I’m so glad!!!

That wall pocket is amazing!!!!❤❤❤
Thanks, Carla!
If you want to take it back, go with a clear wax afterwards. It should take away some of the white. I love your texture technique.very nice.
Yes, they do look lovely! The format works just great for me. Your wall pocket turned out beautiful!

So much beauty, Taryn. There’s a lovely subtle difference between the dry brushing and the white wax. I love them both.🌸

I liked the pocket thing better just dark gray.
That’s great, Mary Ann (hopefully that’s how you write your name). You could just stop at the gray on your own project.
Cool 😎

Oh! And thanks for subscribing- very happy to have you here.
What is the brand of paints you are using? Are they chalk paint, milk paint or acrylic? Loved each item but especially the shelves.
