Adam is a national treasure. I relate to all these rants. People nowadays have no respect for others. They just simply don’t care about anyone around them. I bartend and could do a rant a day on dumb customers and their stupid questions.
My favorite part of this rant is Adam being mildly irritated that Book Lady didn't check him out at all the entire flight. "What's this beautiful internet face even FOR?!" -Adam probably.
We shouldn't forget, those seats were probably built and installed before people could, would bring their whole technical living room with them to play with and to just give people a chance for the most comfortable flight possible. And of course Adam, the theatre going etiquette can be applied and multiplied here too. It's 2024! 😜 Why would it be different on a plane these days. It is the Theatrical Experience. Only the movie is playing on a small screen. 😜 You're probably remembering the Seinfeld episode too with Jerry riding first class and Elaine stuck in Economy. 😁 Be happy if it wasn't a long flight.
