Backhoe wise, the M62 is right on the edge if you have a light trailer, and maybe put the loader bucket on the truck. But something like the L47 is safely in the sub CDL range.
Nice video. I need to modify the left joystick to be run off of a foot pedal due to missing my left arm. Do you think those nice and pretty routed hydraulic lines would be fairly easy to re-route to the left floor space where a pedal could be mounted? Would I be better off looking for an excavator with electric over hydraulic controls? Thanks.
No you can tow more as long as it's not over the combo weight.......................................CLASS A (minimum age 18): Required to operate any combination of vehicles with a gross weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more, where the vehicle(s) being towed is/are in excess of 10,000 pounds. Example: Recreational Vehicle, when the towing vehicle is rated at 11,000 pounds and the vehicle towed is rated at 15,500 pounds (total combination weight of 26,500 pounds)....................that means if you are towing more than 10 thousand and the combined weight is over 26.I can haul a #14,000 trailer with a kx 040 and a 1 ton with no problem.

I have a 2012 KX 121-3 and the foot pedals are Tiny I wonder if the newer machines pedals would fit on mine?
What is the difference between this and the u35? Would the kx033 be a stronger machine?

U is zero tail swing, KX is 'tight tail'. -4 is the series, previously -3 or -2 for the older models.
