I’ve heard many stories about Sickler and his brothers with no parents at such imperative years. Cheers to them all for finding their ways….you had it tough but obviously relied on one another.. Thank you, Ryan for making us all laugh and for your laugh ❤️
Am I the only kid who would write stuff in a note book to hold up for other cars? "Honk if you have gas!" was my favorite. My dad couldn't understand why every one that passed us was laughing and when I told him he laughed so hard he had to pull over.
I used to do that too!! LOL wow I haven't thought of those childhood hijinks I'd pull in the car sometimes. I loved writing funny things like that, mostly because I really felt happy when I made people in other cars laugh or smile. Good times man, really good times. I had an awesome, typical American childhood growing up in the late 80s, early 90s. 😂😂✌️💚
Some times I feel like I grew up on a different planet because I don’t know half the stuff y’all bring up 😂 Teddy Ruxpin doll and LA Gear but that’s about it. Also, please make these 1 hour long! I love this podcast and want more
I found these amazing slip on shoes with fluffy rabbit ears. I actually got a couple colours because they were cute and super comfy. A bit later I went to my friends nieces 5 year old Bday party and funny enough…she got the same pair of shoes gifted. It was hilarious. I didn’t realize they were kids shoes per se, but I do occasionally buy children’s shoes. I’m just a small woman👟
This pod has the feeling that its gonna take off something like AYG, everyone's gonna wanna come on and reminisce. Brilliant idea Ry its filling out man
Ryan, you're the best, and thank you Brad for being the person your are. Funny as hell 😂I'm 56 and taking a walk down memory lane with you guys is perfect. Thanks so much 😊
LMFAO I'm 37 and most definitely remember those Exo Squad toys. There was even one left at my mom's house just a couple of years ago in some storage boxes 😂
I remember putting Ride the lightening in the back of a teddy ruxpin. HAHA Im 40 too, i had all those things brad played with. EX squad was my jam. I also grew up in socal and crocodile mile was always something i wanted. instead we got a tarp with dish soup and a house running on it lol. Zips is a fast food restaurant chain in the pacific northwest lol
Great episode. GI Joes in the 80s was awesome. Didn’t get the carrier but got the Joes spaceship/ launchpad and cobra dome. Was the last good Xmas b4 parents divorced 😂
Another great episode and your 100% right the kid I knew that had the Gi joe aircraft carrier was completely over it as it was down in the dirt floored part of the basement over it lol
😅I love these 2! Think I may have told you, Ryan as a teenager (15)I got mad at my dad on a 5 hr trip. he's still an asshole, but I took a pizza cardboard and made a sign put it up in that back window. It said Help. I'm being kidnapped! Got his ass pulled over. I.giggled the rest of the 3 hrs trip...so did the rest of the kid's. ..
Listen on Spotify, so maybe a touch behind. This one just dropped, but top tier fucking hilarious podcast! Drew lench had me dying while driving 😆🤘watched/listened since ep one and a big fan of the honey dew also 👏👏👏 those are my favorite shows to catch every week
I lived in the home town of monchichi, Katsushika Japan, a suburb of Tokyo, home to the Takara Tomi toy brand. They have little monchichi statues outside the station. Hahah.
The last time I heard about Brad Williams in the back of a vehicle, it didn't end well for some poor woman. Hopefully the Ryan's hatchback turned out better than Fluffy's tour bus.
My father worked at LA gear for years cuh.. the dad of the company passed away and left it to his 2 sons, they bet the whole company on a Collaboration with Michael Jaccson for that sneaker collab they did, Mike jacc kept pushing his album release bacc and LA gear had to drop the sneakers N Payless cuh and it tanked the company.. Mike eventually did put out that album "BAD" was that album cuh
Ryan! Apologies if anyone has asked and I missed it but that audio sample from the intro sounds a lot like you if you really let loose lol what's the origin of the audio clip?!! Been fanned up since Crab Feast, love your shows.
I lost one of my best friends as a kid because he saw The Bride of Chucky the night before he came sleep over. I may have innocently chased him around with The My Buddy until he was crying and hiding under my bed, but i had no idea about Chucky at that time. Well he then called his mom to come get him that night and never came sleep over again...all bc he thought that My Buddy was Chucky...🤣🤣
These 2 should do a regular pod I love their chemistry
Sickler could pod with so many! He has amazing chemistry with so many guests. Love when he is with Segura or Santino, so good!! ❤
@@mypawsofloveI was gonna say.... This is accurate for SO many people along side Sicker. He's one of the best in the biz. Definitely underrated
Bryan Wickler
@@discopotato675 SO under-rated
Episode #270 on The Honeydew
I'm 43 and this episode was THE episode of my childhood! Every toy, sneaker and jingle in my head!
Are you a little person?
As kids we would sing "You run. You slide. You take a dump and lose your pride." And to us that was pure comedy gold. LOL
2 comedians that seem exactly like they portray themselves. Very relatable people.
This has been one of my favorite podcasts lately! Great premise, always funny, and only 1/2 hour, the best combination out there for any new pod
“Lined up like sardines” Holy fuck I needed that laugh before work 😂😂
This is the best Short Podcast ever!
I’ve heard many stories about Sickler and his brothers with no parents at such imperative years. Cheers to them all for finding their ways….you had it tough but obviously relied on one another.. Thank you, Ryan for making us all laugh and for your laugh ❤️

I remember every single toy and jingle mentioned. They are etched into my soul.

When he sang the song for Crocodile Mile- he covered a core childhood memory! ❤❤❤
Love these dudes.
Proud they both have the balls to do Legion of Skanks
When Brad mentioned kangaroos, I knew. Him and his wife should do that costume for Halloween.
Crocodile slide!!! Omg memory unlocked! Lol
That's also a really random Doug DeMuro cameo I didn't expect

I’m dead. Best podcast ever. 😂😂😂
I owned most of the Exo Squad and makes me happy Brad knows of them too
I see Brad, I click.
We had crocodile mile in NC. Bought one in college, good times!!!
The exo squad! I had the one shown!! Damn I forgot about that.
Great episode. GI Joes in the 80s was awesome. Didn’t get the carrier but got the Joes spaceship/ launchpad and cobra dome. Was the last good Xmas b4 parents divorced 😂
This was great
Wooow, Brad is so stoned. Those 👀❤
Driving home from watching Skatalites at the dub club. Perfect thing to keep me awake
Please do an extended Wayback episode with the both Sickler brothers!
This episode was too short.
HA
Another great episode and your 100% right the kid I knew that had the Gi joe aircraft carrier was completely over it as it was down in the dirt floored part of the basement over it lol
Brads pic with the giant martini glass 😂❤
It's an Imidiate click when I see these 2 together ❤️
good to see you guys
I had the two prop helicopter that was on that aircraft carrier. its still at my parents and my kids play with it.
Brad was a ritzy ass kid! I wanted that crocodile mile so much!
nice. I know you slept in that skechers ad for your shoes.
The first little person I ever met rode my bus and when he told me he was older than me it blew my brain outside of my head
Been the hotel they had this at once … we bought every single step stole in the area 😂😂😂😂
Brad unashamedly digging one out from his nose with his thumbnail and checking it out at 13:00 is 1 of the most humanizing things I've ever seen...
I used to have a my buddy. My mom got me a black one from the consignment store.
Holy shitn exo squad . I'm 35 and just remembered it.
We used to sing “ do you know the Merkin man…” to the tune of muffin man as children growing up. My Ma thought it was silly.
😅I love these 2! Yo Shoutout ExoSquad!!! HellYeah 🤘🤘🤣🤣🤣
Quirks and features😂
Maynard from TOOL opened up a winery call the Merkin. Lol
Hell yeah shoutout exosquad
Crocodile mile!
Brad singing My Buddy the rap song going right over Ryans head 🤣
That was the real theme song he just didn't sing all of it. I looked it up after he said it because I instantly recognized it from the G-unit song.
@@evilbrainangelheart9634 so the G-Unit song was a play on this theme song?
Brad got bars 😂😂
There is a group called the merkins , they all dress up like classic slasher flick killers (i,e Jason , Freddy kruger and such
Oh. My God. I think my older brother had an Exo-Squad!
Least I'm not the only one who's moms beat em with there lunch box. Mine was ninja turtles, and when it broke. Man, that hurt worse.

5:30. Watch. CSI Vegas. They do a whole episode at the convention.
I lived in the home town of monchichi, Katsushika Japan, a suburb of Tokyo, home to the Takara Tomi toy brand. They have little monchichi statues outside the station. Hahah.
Short and sweet. Episode could be longer though
I got the aircraft carrier for xmas but was on my way out of gi joes a couple months later. They shoulda dropped it a bit earlier.
That 40 yard takes a while 😭😭😭😭😭
The last time I heard about Brad Williams in the back of a vehicle, it didn't end well for some poor woman. Hopefully the Ryan's hatchback turned out better than Fluffy's tour bus.
Brad’s dad looks like Joe Rogan in that vintage pic! 😂
Kangaroos are still a thing. I got 2 pairs, I think now the pouch is just on the inside part of the tongue.
Only thing you're lighting up is that ACL tear 😂😂
wildcats were the sneaker to have!
There is a group called the merkins they do horror movie themed covers and are amazing

This should've been a longer episode, at least an hour
I lost one of my best friends as a kid because he saw The Bride of Chucky the night before he came sleep over. They need they're own podcast
