    That is a big tree, hard to cut on a steep slope. Burnt. People don’t know how hard this is.

    Idk so I ask why a shallow face cut? A wider opening is better?

    Is the 661 stock besides the Max Flow filter?

    • @drewmayer7336
      @drewmayer7336  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is a stock saw besides the max flow and i added a side port to the exhaust… its a Frankenstein model, i had the crank support bracket flange shit piece get hit by the piston and so it blew up and i had an older cylinder from a different saw but no flange so its not in there lol it lost some power for sure, doesnt like to idle for long periods of time, i recently did get the flange from the saw shop and the gasket and installed, much better now

    Drew, are there plans to reforest this area? Is it private or public forest land? Thanking you in advance for any reply.

    • @drewmayer7336
      @drewmayer7336  ปีที่แล้ว

      The foresters are doing a good job in my area im sure they are gonna replant eventually but thats after we salvage as much timber as possible, sp land and growing and harvesting trees is what they do 🤷

      In case you didn't know, nature will reforest this area all by itself.

      @GreatLakesLogger ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@garyhodges2360 yes, a real faller always checks his undercuts. It's the difference between the tree going where you want or hitting a stump and splitting or something like that.

      I've never had a tree go we're I didn't want it cause I hindge cut mostly everything
