Ok so I'm not sure if it's because mine is a later version or a typo but on mine it shows that it's a 4,000mAh battery and charging time is 3 hours (in comparison to the 3,000mAh and 5 hours charging time you mentioned in the video). Weird.

Small correction. They do sell this model with a case. It just cost extra. I bought mine and had an option of without or with a carrying case specifically designed and molded for this gimbal. Obviously I chose the latter. #LovinIt
I just received it today. I noticed some bluetooth lag between device and the smartphone's app Gimbal Pro, on Play Store.. especially when shooting pictures or zooming on video any advice or tip to correct it?
This Gimbal is junk, try holding the thing for any amount of time, it is all weight forward, your grip will be tested after 45 min. Also, the Gimbal lacks any type of power. Additionally, the Bluetooth is intermittent at best. Regarding the Bluetooth, maybe I received a bad from stock unit? I have no issues with other Bluetooth systems if my phone were to be suspect. The tracking is poor especially when shooting 1080P. As for me, I’ll find another unit that works. On another topic, I’m not sure if the videographer was just nervous or I’m used to a different level of review, but random, not sure of what was being said, I learned nothing more than the poorly written manual provided. This is in no way attempting to be rude or disrespectful. I’m providing feedback so maybe he can do better next time.
