I'm wearing a S in the Kayla, but could have gone with an XS as it's very oversized. I only know of one colour for that shirt - it's called Tide I believe? go.shopmy.us/p-1484963
The cargos I'm wearing XS, and they are a bit oversized, and have an elastic drawstring so are easily adjustable! Hope that's helpful!
