لم يخلق الله عبدا كنبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ... حيث انه اصطفاه على العالمين !! ... و رفع منزلته ليكون أقرب العباد الى الله جل و عز ... و وعده مقاما محمودا ... واثنى عليه في كتابه العظيم في عدة آيات (و إنك لعلى خلق عظيم )... و صلى بالأنبياء عليهم السلام...وكلم ربه عز و جل..فأي مكانة بعد هذه المكانه!؟؟.

الحكمة من وجود ملك اليمين فالاسلام الأمر فيه حكمة ، فقد كان الكفار إذا اسرو المسلمين استعبدوهم ايضا وكانو ايضا يسبون النساء المسلمات ، وكل هاذا من دون وجود ضوابط مثل ألأسلام تحفظ حق المملوك، ومن عدم الحكمة وسوء السياسية ان يفعلو بك هاذا ثم لاتفعله فيهم ، فهاذا يشجع عدوك عليك ، فالمعاملة بالمثل هي عادلة في مثل هاذه الحالات
من الثابت تاريخيا أن الرق كان نظاما سائدا مشروعا في اغلب أمم الأرض قبل الإسلام فكان موجودا عند المصريين القدماء و عند الرومان و عند الفرس و عند الإغريق و عند البابليين و عند العرب و غير ذلك .
إن الناظر في أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية يجد أن الإسلام قد ضيق مصادر الرق فألغي كل مصادر الرق سوى الجهاد في سبيل الله بين المسلمين و الكفار و فيمن ولد من أمة من غير سيدها أي من تناسل الأرقاء ، وفيمن ملك من الرقيق بالشراء أو الهبة أو نحو ذلك ممن يملكه ملكاً صحيحاً .
ورغم تضييق الإسلام لمصادر الرق اتخذ عدة وسائل لتحرير الأرقاء، ويلاحظ الباحثون فيها أنها كانت وسائل عملية لإلغاء نظام ملك اليمين بشكل فعلي تدريجي .
الوسيلة الأولى : المكاتبة ، و تعني المكاتبة إعطاء محجوز الحرية بالأسر فرصة زمنية يعمل خلالها بشكل حر، إذ ترفع عنه فيها جميع القيود الاقتصادية التي كانت مفروضة عليه، ليشتري حرية نفسه بمال يتفق هو وسيده عليه، ويسعى في اكتسابه خلال هذه المدة، ونلاحظ أن الله تبارك وتعالى أمر المسلمين عامة بمساعدة المكاتبين، عن طريق الزكاة والصدقات الأخرى، ليتمكنوا من تسديد ما التزموا به .
وقد نص كثير من الفقهاء على أنه يجب على السيد مكاتبة عبده، إذا طلب ذلك منه، وراى فيه خيراً من صدق ووفاء وأمانة وأداء للحق، وإيمان صحيح، ودليلهم في ذلك من القرآن الكريم قول الله تعالى في سورة النور :
﴿ وَ الَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْراً وَآتُوهُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ ....﴾ ( سورة النور من الآية 33 )
ففي هذه الآية أمر لأوليائهم بمكاتبتهم، وأمر لأوليائهم ولسائر المسلمين بإيتائهم من مال الله الذي آتاهم، مساعدة لهم على تسديد أقساطهم التي يتوقف عليها تحريرهم .
الوسيلة الثانية : جعل عتق الرقبة كفارة لطائفة من الجرائم والجنايات والأخطاء والأيمان، إذ نلاحظ في الشريعة الإسلامية أن عتق الرقبة كفارة لمن قتل مؤمناً خطأ، قال الله تعالى في سورة النساء :
﴿وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ مُؤْمِناً إِلَّا خَطَأً وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِناً خَطَأً فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ وَدِيَةٌ مُسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ )
ونلاحظ أيضاً أن عتق الرقبة كفارة من ظاهر من زوجته، أي: حرمها على نفسه كحرمة أمه أو أخته أو غيرهما من محارمه ، بأن حلف يمين الظهار منها، ثم أراد أن يعود لما قال بالنقض، فيرجع زوجته إلى حكمها الذي شرعه الله من الحل، وفي ذلك يقول الله تعالى في سورة المجادلة :
﴿وَالَّذِينَ يُظَاهِرُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُوا فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَتَمَاسَّا ذَلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ )
ونلاحظ أيضاً أن عتق الرقبة إحدى كفارات اليمين، وفي ذلك يقول الله تعالى في سورة المائدة :
﴿لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الْأَيْمَانَ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ ﴾ ( سورة المائدة الآية 89 )
الوسيلة الثالثة : الحض على عتق الرقاب ابتغاء مرضاة الله، قال الله تعالى في سورة البلد :
﴿فَلا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ إِطْعَامٌ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ يَتِيماً ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ أَوْ مِسْكِيناً ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ ﴾ ( سورة البلد الآيات 11 - 17 )
وروى البخاري عن أبي هريرة قال : قال رسول الله : "أيما رجل أعتق امرأً مسلماً استنقذ الله تعالى بكل عضوٍ منه عضواً منه من النار " .
الوسيلة الرابعة : تخصيص الإسلام قسماً من الزكاة لتحرير الرقاب، قال الله تعالى في سورة التوبة :
﴿إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴾ ( سورة التوبة الآية 60 )
الوسيلة الخامسة: حثُّ المسلمين على توجيه قسم من صدقاتهم العامة غير المفروضة لتحرير الرقاب، قال الله تعالى في سورة البقرة :

الوسيلة السادسة : إنجاب الأمة من سيدها، إذ يكون ولدها سبباً في تحريرها بعد موت سيدها .
الوسيلة السابعة: سريان العتق إلى الكل متى عتق بعض الرقيق إذا كان معتقه موسراً، كأن يكون اثنان شريكين في عبد، فيعتق أحدهما حصته، وعندئذ يحكم الإسلام بأنه قد عتق كله، وتقوم قيمة سائره على من أعتقه ، حرصاً على أن لا تتجزأ الحرية .
الوسيلة الثامنة : جعل عتق الرقيق كفارة ضربه مقدار حدٍ شرعي، أو كفارة إهانته باللطم. روى الإمام مسلم عن عبد الله بن عمر قال: سمعت رسول الله يقول : "من ضرب غلاماً له حداً لم يأته أو لطمه فإن كفارته أن يعتقه".[3].
حكم الاسترقاق و المن و الفداء داخل في أحكام السياسة الشرعية ، و منوط برأي الحاكم المسلم ، يراعي فيه المصلحة العامة للمسلمين .
والحكمة في أن يتخذ الاسترقاق محله بين هذه الخصال التي يخير بينها هي أنه سلاح موجود في أيدي الأعداء بالنسبة لأسرانا عندهم .
فكان من أسس العدالة أن يملك المسلمون هذا السلاح نفسه، ثم يعطي الحاكم صلاحية استعماله، بمجرد أن يري ضرورة لذلك، كأن يجد أعداءنا قد استرقوا أسرانا، وأنت تعلم أن القانون الدولي يقر مبدأ التعامل بالمثل فيما يتعلق بالأسري .
لم يبيح الإسلام استرقاق كل كافر لكن أباح استرقاق الكافر المحارب معاملة له بسوء قصده و جرم فعله فقد وقف في وجه دعوة الإسلام و حارب الله و رسوله- صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ، لصد الناس عن دعوة الحق ليبقوا أرقاء عبيداً لغير الله تعالى فحكم الله عليه بما يستحقه
اتخاذ الأسير الكافر رقيقا عند المسلمين فيه مصلحة ترغيبه في دخول الإسلام فإن الأسير الكافر إذا استرق و عاش بين المسلمين و خالط المسلمين ورأى سماحة الإسلام في معاملته - لاسيما إذا كان من يملكه من أهل الإسلام على قدر من الخلق وحسن المعاملة - ربما شرح صدره للدخول في الإسلام ، ويحبب الله إليه الإيمان، و يكره إليه الكفر والفسوق والعصيان .
وبهذه الطريقة الإسلامية تغير مفهوم الرق تغيراً كلياً عما كان عليه، وأصبح نوعاً من حجز حرية الأسرى،
ومن فائدة هاذا الامر للمسلمين : فداؤهم بأسرى من المسلمين في يد عدوهم، أو فداؤهم بمال أو سلاح أو علم، أو إخضاع لشروط صلح معينة، أو أي أمر يقدم للمسلمين فائدة ما، وذلك إذا لم تجد القيادة الإسلامية في إطلاق الأسرى خطراً على المسلمين، وقد وضع الإسلام هذا الحل في يد القيادة الإسلامية .
وتمنح للأسرى ( الأرقاء) حرية الدين والعبادة والتعلم، وقد تمنح لهم حرية العمل والتملك إذا أذن لهم أولياؤهم بذلك، أو كاتبوهم لتحرير أنفسهم بما يكسبون من مال

Quran came 600 years after Christ without any eyewitness account unlike the new testament of the Bible.

Quran 10:3 ( creation 6 days) Quran 41:9-12(8 days); quran 39:4 (Allah can have a son) quran 6:101( cannot have a son), ; quran 2:107(angel can't protect u), quran 41:31(angel can protect u),
Quran 34:44 (no messenger before Muhammad), quran 10:47 ( every nation had a messenger), quran 109:6 (freedom of relgion), Quran 9:29 ( fight non muslim), quran 5:90 (cannot drink wine) , quran 83:22-25 , 47:15 ( can drink wine ) , etc.
2.Scientific?

3.Allah is a great deceiver ?

For Muhammad, his 11 wives were only ‘temporary wives’. If he gets to Paradise, he’ll get new wives from above virginal ‘Houris’.
