Kenneth Hagin Vision: Jesus Teaching on Demons

  • Prophet Kenneth Hagin recounts a vision he had of the Lord Jesus Christ, in which the Lord gave him a teaching on the devil, demons, & demonic possession. The teaching discusses how Satan can create strongholds upon Christians, which could have dire eternal consequences. But the emphasis of the teaching is how Jesus has given all of His children POWER over the demonic world -- but YOU NEED TO USE IT!
Satan's only tactic is to deceive Christians into NOT knowing and/or believing that they already have power and authority over demons that Jesus Christ already gave the Church.
This is from Chapter 4 "How Satan Influences Lives Today," from the Kenneth Hagin book, "I Believe in Visions," as read by Lou Comunale.

I truly hope you are answering comments because I really need understanding of what this vision means in relation to what I did so PLEASE help if you can. It says the sin is a believer who turns their back on Jesus. I was a believer at 19 and turned my back on the faith eventually even on Jesus because I believed new age lies. I don’t know if Jeus in this vision means a believer who turns their back on him and never comes back to him or a believer who turns his back and then Jesus is done with them ? Can you please break this down for me. I never verbally said I don’t want Jesus anymore or to hell with him but my actions showed that I wasn’t a believer for. Many many years because I’d the defections I was believing in …Please answer based on the truth of the vision .. thank you 🙏

      Dear Friend,
I have good news for you. The Unpardonable sin is committed by MATURE Christians only.
MATURE Christians are those who have repented, been baptized, received the Holy Spirit, moved in the Spiritual Power Gifts of the Holy Spirit, been walking in a Christian lifestyle till he/she was totally ‘one’ with Jesus, in heart, mind and soul, then suddenly they decide they do not want to be a Christian again - that’s when the unpardonable sin begins.
The test to see whether you’ve committed the unpardonable sin (and I don’t think you have) is when you have no more conscience about receiving His mercy, asking for forgiveness and living for God. If you have a desire to return to the Lord, to receive His mercy and acceptance, you have NOT committed the unpardonable sin. Rejoice, for He will forgive you and accept you.
If someone has no more conscience - that is that they don’t feel guilty about leaving God - they may have committed the unpardonable sin.
However, I feel like you are like the Prodigal Son, who came to understand certain things about Christ, began living for Christ, then walked away not having developed much substance character and maturity.
There are many who are prodigal sons and daughters, who grew up in a Christian home and once they got of age, the cares and pulls of the world draws the person away. But when they “come to themselves” and see how horrid their life is without God, they return and Father God receives Him wholly.
If you’re serious about returning to the Lord, read the story of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15. Be encouraged that the Father waits eagerly for the prodigal to return to Him. Know that God desires for you to return.
After you’ve read the parable of the Prodigal Son, as repentance within your heart grows, humbly turn to God in prayer and confess your sin. List as many as you can without overwhelming yourself.
But ask God to forgive you and to restore you and to help you work out His plan for your life. Commit yourself back to Him and He will lead you by the hand.
Part of this returning back to the Lord must involve your repentance from sin and the things that drove you from Him. Ask Jesus to renew you, to help you find new Spirit-filled friends in a new Spirit-filled Church, rededicate yourself to His word and prayer. And you’re on your way to a new life in Christ.
Don’t be misled. We are all human. As we move in this new walk of life, sometimes you will fall and sin (because of the pulls of the flesh). Get back up and return to the Lord for forgiveness.
The Christian walk is one of denying the flesh and of sanctification. It’s a lifelong process.
Sanctification means to gradually lose more of the flesh (and its pulls to sin) and increase more of His presence, His Spirit, within you. In due time, you’ll be more conscious of pleasing the Lord in everything you do than of pleasing yourself.
You will also learn to hear the way God speaks to us. And He has many ways in which He does. He speaks through His written Word, sometimes in dreams, sometimes audibly, sometimes through circumstances. But you will definitely know that the Lord is leading you by the hand to fulfill His will for your life. Did you know that He has an unique, personal destiny that only you can fulfill and walk out. You were designed for a purpose. God will help you to understand what that is and He will help you reach that goal.
I hope that helps, friend. If there’s anything else I can do for you, please let me know either here on TH-cam or on Facebook under my name Lou Comunale.
      Be blessed, friend.

We are to hold onto the faith in Jesus. Keeping the faith till the end is the journey . We are saved by faith in Jesus and the work of His cross. But we can depart from the faith willfully turning our back from Jesus. No repentance is possible for that sin of turning back from and denying Him with all knowledge of what is done . Then we should be careful not to quench the Spirit. We can come to a point so cold where we deny Jesus and throw our faith in Him. Didn’t apostle Paul say, “ I kept my faith ..” ? Let us be sober and watchful and awake until the Lord comes back or we depart from our bodies to be with Him.

So are you saying that the vision brother Hagen had was fake ? I’m trying to figure out your comment in relation to the vision ?

I believe that his vision was true. What u am trying to say that “ once saved, always saved” is a man made wrong doctrine that is NOT true. The woman in his vision denied the Lord with understanding of what she did. She was not able to hold fast to her confession of her faith in Jesus. She got reprobated and departed from her faith. She lost her salvation!

    • @joycelee9597

Again, that is why we must not sleep but be watchful not to quench the fire of the Spirit. We must WALK daily with the Lord . We have the enemy who tries to steal away our blessings that Jesus provided.
Let us give a careful heed to what we heard from brother Hagin. This woman started to accept wrong thoughts of pride and sinful passion. That is where she turned to a wrong direction and ended up denying her faith in Jesus after she became a mature Christian. Guard your thoughts well. Use the sword of the truth of the Word against enemy’s lies. We have been provided with every thing to overcome Satan. But we should be able to make efforts to learn and know how to battle well in our journey of faith

Can you help me interpret this vision in light of my own situation. I was born again at 19 but fell away from the faith about 6 months later and eventually fell into false new age beliefs for 30 years but 6 months ago I came back to the Lord only to discover Hebrews 6. According to this vision I did not have advanced scriptural knowledge and don’t meet the 5 things in Hebrews 6 but I don’t know if I can come back and repent to the Lord according to Rec Kagen’s vision

    • @joycelee9597
      @joycelee9597 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Dear friend, I don’t believe that your case is applied to Hebrews 6. This woman was mature with experience of all five stages of spiritual maturity level described in Hebrew chapter 6. But she fell into sins that eventually led her to have such a cold heart towards Jesus. This happened gradually as she kept enjoying and accepting the wrong thoughts and deeds . I read about this vision more fully from Kenneth Hagin’s book “ I believe in visions “.
She said “ I don’t want Jesus any more, Jesus, you go to hell.” And she did not say this because of her immaturity or by accident. Her words were weighty and she fully knew what choice she made when she said that she didn’t want Jesus, in her relationship with Jesus after all these mature level of experience describe in Hebrew 6. This sin can not be committed by people that haven’t reached to that point of spiritual maturity.
If you want Jesus and restore your relationship with Him, that is so wonderful, you did not come to a point of willful rejection of Jesus for good after being a mature Christian . Your desire to come back to Him is a sure sign of repentance.
His blood has been provided for the cleansing of your past sins. I encourage you to confess your faults to Jesus and start your journey with Him again. He will forgive you and your joy will be restored. Let the enemy not deceive you that you are done with Jesus. He loves you and wants to walk with you. I pray that you would receive the revelation of his glorious grace and mercy in a new and deeper and fresh way. I bless your heart and thank you for asking help. Please, from now on , don’t take path that may quench the fire of the Holy Spirit that has been given to dwell in you at your rebirth. Love you so much

Absolutely not that is utter blasphemy Against the work of Christ on the cross. There is no sin that anyone dies dies and goes to hell for except for rejecting christ's savior.

Twisting Scripture, discussing blasphemy, if it happened at all, it was a demon. Satan's lies are mixed with truth.

Okay dear friends. You've got the floor. Explain what these very simple scriptures mean.
      MATTHEW 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
      HEBREWS 6:4-6
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
      HEBREWS 10:26-29
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
      MATTHEW 12:31-32
31 “Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.
32 Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
      ACTS 5:3
3 But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back some of the price of the land? [Ananias and his wife were BOTH Christians and they were both instantly judged and killed by God. Read the entire section from 1-6.]
      ACTS 7:51
51 “You men who are stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears are always resisting the Holy Spirit; you are doing just as your fathers did.
      EPHESIANS 4:30
30 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
      1 THESSALONIANS 5:19
19 Do not quench the Spirit.
      II TIMOTHY 4:10
10 For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica. [Demas was working in the ministry along with Paul; yet he went back into the world, which means he not only left the ministry but left Christ.]
      1 JOHN 5:16
16 If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask and God will for him give life to those who commit sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death; I do not say that he should make request for this.
We can also add the story of Judas who followed Jesus but ended up in a bad place too. The "once saved, always saved" teaching is NOT scriptural. It's TRUE that Jesus will NEVER desert you; but humans can desert Jesus. I pray that you may let these scriptures speak to you.

@@News2morrow to those verses you may add 1 Jo 1.8,9 and 10, the anathema verses to apostate Christians who lie against the Holy Spirit with evil heresies against the CROSS cf chapter 3 as it is NO POSSIBLE TO commit the sin of SATAN and fall. THE SON PROPITIATED THE ABSOLUTE DIVINE HOLINESS OF THE FATHER as portrayed in 1000 years of Temple sacrifices when the foundations of the TEMPLE ran red with the blood of farm animals that NEVER ONCE ATONED FOR PERSONAL SIN AS THERE WAS NOT ATONEMENT IN THE OT …. Only a covering (kaphar) until the Lord ACCOMPLISHED THAT ATONEMENT, propitiated His Father and was THEREBY resurrected, then ascended, then SEAT ‘to the RIGHT’ of the Father all because of His obedience to go to the Cross and BEAR the judgment for EVERY SIN EVER COMMITTED , which absolute divine holiness could never go without reparation, even from eternity PAST . BEFORE THE FIRST SIN could ever be committed the son as the “Lamb of God SLAIN from the foundations of the earth”had to promise the Father to go to the Cross and propitiate HIM! …. And you really think you can undo that with your pitiful carnal disobedience well documented throughout the Scriptures? The carnal mind ALWAYS REJECTED REPENTANCE OF 1 Jo 1.9….being a son doesn’t make you an obedient son,it just means you are spanked. Hebrews 12
