Btw. You had the trickle charge mode activated hence the additional 0.1w A as it instantly limits power from the ports - it allows the unit to stay on and slow charge smaller devices. To enable, press the side button twice and you will get a little asterisk symbol on the display screen to let you know that it is on. To disable, you simply repeat the same process, the asterisk symbol will instantly disappear, and after a further 2 minutes you'll no longer see the additional 0.1w A on the display, and it will revert back to the full charging mode.
Actually good to know this doesn’t charge the deck faster than any other means. Im not super tech savvy when it comes to that but still…really just paying for the capacity and multi power. Still happy I got it on sale for $80
Just ordered it from amazon uk! This would be ideal for camping and Hiking! Power up your laptop and mobile phone. I tried those solar power banks but they don't last long at all. So changing my power banks to Anker now. I do have there 20000 mah power bank which is so portable. Power up those devices you need when camping and hiking!
So glad I pulled the trigger to buy it, I bought it on sale for 100$ and even then I was skeptical but said "f it I wanna treat myself." Oh lord did I. This thing charges all my devices faster than anything I own that charges things. I love it.
It's my go to as well, it's worth it IMO. Overkill but I bring it everywhere I bring my bag. Best part is on vacation you really might not ever have to charge it if you're just using it to top up phones.
Just bought mine today at best buy fir $109. Almost bought the bigger one (250w) but at almost $200 i thought it might be overkill for my use. Love the look and feel, can't wait to use it
So essentially 2 charges from 0 to 100 which means the anker provides about 100wh of battery capacity. The sd has 50wh battery. Makes sense just under FAA max so 99whr battery. You can basically say with anker hooked your looking at solid 4-6hrs of battery life on a sd depending on tdp.

Seeing that this video is about a year old, I'm wondering how well this bank held up? I see some complaints of them either driaining too quickly (one person claimed it drained completely charging their phone but they also admitted to leaving it plugged in overnight which may explain that), and some others have complained about the banks not lasting through the warranty (one was a rather extreme case of a guy claiming to buy 15 of them with about half dying within the warranty period). ( I know that usage and number of charges will impact longevity of the battery/bank over time.) So I was just wondering how well the bank has held up now a year later? Thinking of getting one of these to charge a Surface Pro tablet (which is similar to a Macbook Air I guess in terms of power consumption) and my phone (which the Surface needs about 60W and the phone up to 18W) so I expect only about one charge out of these but that's fine.
Hey there ... it is still my GO TO power bank and it hasn't failed me yet. No issues like you've mentioned. I leave mine plugged in without issue. I only own two, but at $89, I may add another. I gotta wonder if there isn't some AliExpress company selling knock offs or something. I have heard tales like the ones you mention, but they haven't happened to me just yet.
i just bought it yesterday mainly for rog ally. question is do i need to drain to 0 before i charge it? or better to keep on 20% then charge it to 100%?
Hello, I got one yesterday and plugged in my 22ultra and only got 18w charging from the usb-c1 port. Plugged in 2 more devices, for 3 total, and everything dropped to 4w and lower. Am I missing something? For the ultra I used the 140w cable and have fast and super fast charging enabled.
@@jaydog77 so I believe there are a few factors at play. It can depend on the quality of your cable as well as how much energy a device allows itself to take in. For example, the closer your device is to being fully charged the less energy it might pull in order to protect the battery.

Gracias a tu video ahora se que a Anker le falta pulir sus ultimas powerbanks. La señal del usbA se quedo encendida, drenando bateria, muy poco pero para algo tope de gama y caro....deja mucho q desear al igual que su modelo anterior.
The Steam Deck can take in 45 watts max so the 737 should be outputting more than the 25 watts that you measured here, when connected to it. The stock charger that comes with the Deck is 45 watts PD output.
That's not how it works, the Steam Deck does not run at 45w constantly, it draws only what it needs at any given time. In low demand games it can be as little as 10-15w, but typically it runs around 28-35w in more demanding titles. It draws slightly more with the dock connected which is why the charger is rated for 45w, with some slight headroom.
Would have been nice if he had the battery bank on 100% charge when using the steam deck so we had an Idea of how long would’ve lasted from full charge while the steam deck is using 40w.
Not really so much of an omission as it's hard to bench that. Essentially you have to be charging the deck and running something at about 25 watts. Unfortunately that's not really helpful in terms of the question how much longer can I run the deck with this plugged in? I've been doing some preliminary testing running a game that is pretty damn heavy while it's in a charging mode and what it seems to be indicating is about 2.5 to 5.5 hours depending on how constant the draw is. The game Overwatch is a pump sucker of battery juice. But it's only a pump sucker when you're inside of a match. At least 10 to 15% of the time you're waiting for a match. While you're waiting for a match the battery will extend your life five and a half hours. If you're in a game it looks like it extends your battery life about two and a half hours. So I would say if you're having to charge and play it would add about two and a half hours of overall time. If I had a more scientific way of doing it I would definitely publish these sorts of numbers.
Well, I told you I'd get around to it. My test? Constant play of Overwatch 2 - which draws a hefty 24w during a match (and like 14 between matches). With a solid steady play? I got three extra hours (almost to the minute) with this power bank.
