Are you using the "State save function" etc? If you are a true player which does not use functions, such as the State save, I would like to see the play in a "SuperTurbo" character. A no-continuing clearance in the "SuperTurbo" character is difficult.
here's a little unknown trick. do the hurricane kick with ken right on top of bison (after you knock him down and he is getting up) in the original sf2ce game. bison will get caught in it and get hit like 7 times. works every time.
The ONE thing I noticed that is NOT true to specific versions, was that SF2' Champion Edition Vega's rolling claw ( charge back, forward + any punch ) had the properties of his SF2 Turbo - above properties. In the original SF2', Vega's rolling claw only had him do ONE roll, then attack, regardless of what punch you used. But I can forgive it since it makes him better anyway. That & I preferred double tapping back twice to execute his backflip over hitting all 3 punches. I'm just being picky lol

Akuma's A.I. in this video seemed very high, he even recovered rapidly out of his dizzy state. When his life bar was about finished, it seemed he was fighting more aggressively.
Nevermind! I downloaded the wrong rom set. I found a fully working rom. I wanted to play the Japanese version, but I can settle with the US version till I get the other one to work =] Also I did a test. I was on Vega's stage, and I lost deliberately so I could change characters, and I picked the SF2' champ version of Vega, and I was so happy to see that the older versions could still climb the fence on his stage! I was very happy to see that they did keep him true to his older version(s)
I love this game, but Capcom should have offered more in this SFII game like: They should have a sixth game mode called "Hyper Mode" that characters are redesigned (like Ryu, Kenneth"Ken"Masters, Master Bison and Gouki"Akuma"Long in the game Capcom Vs SNK) with all other 13 characters being modernized and with more moves, all 5 bosses should be playable in "Normal Mode" and the 5 characters in "Super Mode" and "SuperX Mode" should have their own CPS I versions in "Normal Mode", "Champ Mode" and "Turbo Mode".

Perhaps someone who is extremely good can use them effectively, but for the average player they just suck.
I don't know why people like this version so much. It's really broken. The world warrior and Champion edition versions just dominate. It's a bit like MK Trilogy, it is fun to play but the balances are all out of whack.
the world warrior hits are OP as fuck. If you punch blanka during his roll he basically Dies. kicks and punches take a huge chunk of health. A dragon punch and tiger upper cut 1/3 your health
Hat Duken This version is SUPER BROKEN as far as the A.I is concerned. I couldn't agree more. I actually like the Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike aspect of this game way better.
