Because he's not an official member of the express, i got a feeling that he's either eventually gonna depart the express after Amphoreus or after Amphoreus he decides to officially become a Nameless
Well, when we reject him from joining the express, he himself says that he will leave the express in the Asdana System, so he already has a designated place for him, now whether he will leave that destination aside and join us or not just the future will tell (even I think that this is one of the moments that our dialogue choices can really make a difference and that the phrase that the Trailblazer carries: "Make choices that you won't regret" begins to demonstrate this)...

i chose to accept him in the astral express crew.
first, i told him he let so many people down: i didn’t want him to lose track of his errors. life is about looking in every direction, even behind you: you should know it’s important you’ve made errors that deem you wrong-you have imperfections, and you are able to bear witness to them each and every day. he said it himself, you cannot forget past failures, and now that applies to recovery. he needs to accept he has created injustice.
then, i told him to believe in humanity: that they can gruel and have pride in the world and dreams they build and live in. they can accept flaws and beauty in their lives without believing in abstract order: it’s called humanity for a reason. not everyone wants to live in clemency, and that’s something sunday needs to learn how to do. he needs to accept he can live in a world where cataclysm and tangency exist in harmony, as well as breathe in that air. if we all had to accept the world has to sacrifice to gain peace and the world has to gain peace to indulge sacrifice, that is the same as humanity, and that is something sunday shall go through to progress.
lastly, i held hope and understood his compassion by stating he still heavily matters to me as a friend. he has obviously lived in such declared purposes that he makes himself blind to reality, wanting to seek unrealistic expectations. it lead to destruction, yes, but i understand where it came from. because of that, i want to help him heal. i want to teach him there’s a better paradise to reach than absolute unity to calamity. he can be able to endorse in a world where he can accept that and his imperfections alike. besides, he needs some love in his life: he lost his only true family, and i believe in order to create a new life, he must receive one of life’s first gifts: a family.

(some of the choices were kind of harsh. at first, i wanted to say he was noble: he has always had such actions that come from a place of compassion. but i also didn’t want to lose track of his mistakes. he IS a perfectionist, and he DID let so many people down. but all of that could be honestly said or simply evident in his own memorable thoughts. it’s obvious he is compassionate and a perfectionist, but not that he disappointed so many people to a degree of saddened expectation. i wanted to back that up with the fact that he needs to believe in trial and error: the one thing that lead him to disappointment from his respective peers. and then that i put my trust in him to become a new person profound of new fears, happiness, sadness, grie, etc. like dan heng, sunday doesn’t deserve to be tethered to the past like that. at best, for his development, he at least deserves to accept it exists. dan heng is a different story, though: it’s inevitable that he will never hope to accept the past is right behind him.)
I am glad to see the different reactions, though most are quite similar. Thanks for the upload. Sunday is my favorite part of Penacony so this was a real treat. I welcomed him with gusto!
I'm concern with what they say in 2.7 live streaming about our decision influence the story.
Is it possible The Devs conduct secret vote based on our choice when Sunday join Astral Express? Like if more players happy with him joining AE, he will be a permanent member. Whereas if many player choose dislike dialogue option, Sunday will leave AE in the future.
Hopefully next Sunday will become an Astral member permanently :)

Hopefully, March says he isn’t a member of Astral Express YET. So hopefully he will become full permanent member soon
idk haven’t done the quest yet(I’m too busy tryna build 300% crit dmg on sunddee) but at most possibly he could become a nameless n get off the train and thats only if he decides to walk multiple paths i hope he does become apart of the express tho
Remember Dan hang was also wanted to Depart from the express but he stayed in the end because of the bonds he made
Not to mention Sunday and dan hang are extremely similar on how they joined the express
They betrayed their people and Made Unforgivable sins
But dan hang stayed in the express in the end
So this could mean that there could be a chance for Sunday to stay on permanently if he makes a powerful bond with the Astral express crew
I think that's unlikely. Like where is he gonna live? It took almost 1.5 years for our mc to get a room of their own...

I feel like Sunday will officially join the Astral Express once he finishes a trailblazer mission with us, since that’s how we joined the express (we helped out in the Herta Space Station then joined the Express officially despite most likely being a hazard because of the Stellaron) so with Sunday I feel like it’ll be the same, however there is still the fact that Sunday is designed like most of the Amphoreus enemies which might make him choose to leave at that system but his design also has a spot for the Astral Express ticket so it’s a 50/50.

And I really expected sunday to join express since the beginning of sunday's pov and i really didnt let him go alone so i immediately let him join..
so only 1 out of 5 option rejects him. good to know!

Star rail shouldn’t be effected by the strike since the studio is different so it could be a different reason Genshin was only effected because of Formosa and Formosa has been replaced
@@hoppie4263 It is important to note that the strike seems to affect VAs who are tied to the agencies and companies like SAG-AFTRA, after the fuck up they (Being SAG-AFTRA) did, the strike may affect even those outside of Formosa
@@hoppie4263it is affected even early on. Argenti and HuoHuo back in 2.0 in the early 2024 February were voiceless and got replaced later on. Also Fugue‘s VA recently is a different one than Tingyun because her original VA isn’t able to because of it, thus Tingyun‘s 4 star form also has a new VA.

@Yukyouz there was people who did agree with his ideals and I'm not saying his method was right ( his dreams were )but some people didn't want to wake up and we forced them awake including a dying old man who had no future but who cares about him. Also ruan mei litreally let a bunch off murderous bugs related to a dead aeon lose on a space station which she made ,no one calls her out on her dangerous creations in the game .she touched us with out permission experimented on creatures then abandoneds them . Drugs food ect so no she's not a very nice charcter

We see Silver wolf a lot though through side quests and events,Kafka is the one who's gone the most time without appearing,Blade and Firefly were in the penacony quest,but I do agree it has been a while,maybe they'll be relevant again in Amphoreous

I think not. For Serval it was a companion quest and Sunday is the main quest. Also add the fact that Sunday has AE member team dialogue and AE has team member dialogue for him (even TB has it) so I think it’s official

really hope next patch they add the eng voicelines for this it's the only reason i didn't do it yet. I need to hear my boy Caelus scold Sunday (also because there's something about his va Caleb that makes me laugh at the mere idea of what that would sound like)
ON a different note imagine picking all the negative options then going for "Welcome to the Express!"
I mean we did see like a shadow of Sunday and what it seems to be the Express dropping him off on his own just make me think that he MIGHT (in the 3.0 Trailer or Teaser i think). Though i do actually wish we can get more new members its been a while since we joined the Express and maybe if our Choices actually have a doing of who can stay on the Express or not then i might as well let Sunday in.

Exactly, if you force close the game before the next dialogue & start the game back, you'll go back to previous dialogue. I discovered this accidentally one day
if you close game or alt+f4 (closing the game) before the dialogue ends it will reload you to the start, i used to abuse that crap in simulated universe propagation whenever i lost

I rejected him. I don't like his face, and his halo and chicken wing looked stupid. He also never really truly sincerely apologize to anyone. Most of all, I hate his crazy fandom/groupies. If given a chance to choose again, I'd reject and scold him with every option available again with extreme pleasure.

glad that we even have an option to deny him but honestly sunday is either joining sometime later or disembarking somewhere in the next or so stop, and that is regardless of our choice on whether he can join us or not (just think about it for a bit, not that hard to figure out diverging the story into people that denied sunday joining the AE and people that allowed him to stay is too big of a change to exist in the overall story lol)
