That's what this is. The only difference is that in a twin video, you would typt show the bodies. But a twin video is 2 different tracks going to different ears, just like this one. For all we know there were different people cleaning our ears, maybe even twins. But we all know that the twin videos are just edited.

I have some suggestion, since I think this sound is suitable for dentist roleplay. Why not some other day, can you please make a dentist roleplay using this exact trigers?
