@@eataxresolutions Do you do tax returns for few years plus offer in compromise for someone in VA too? I am trying to help a contractor who is working for me.
Hi, @EA Tax Resolutions. If would appreciate if you can help me answer some of my questions. i owe $45k federal tax, $15k State tax. First question would be, Which do i pay first if i cant afford to pay for them? i have about 18k in brokerage account and 18k in Roth IRA which i have been contributed for 4yrs(24k in contribution) I make about $2400/month. My W2 last year was 18k. I dont have much disposible income to pay up for my taxes owe. would i have to liqudate all my ROTH IRA? and pay off what i can then make the Offer in Compromise after i pay what i can? or do the offer in compromise before liqudating anything?
