This genuinely took quite a while to make! The effects are a bit complicated (the lighting rig alone took me 2 hours to figure out)

yup! i ported the tf2 models to mmd myself.
the reason why there aren't a lot of tf2 mmd stuff is because there are very few model ports that are actually decent lol
shaders took a while to get set up but this is probably my best one i've done :D
This just makes me think about how there used to be UTAU voices for Scout, Soldier and Medic, and the songs I listened to with 'em, which was just Big Brother, and Hitorinbo Envy

No yeah it definitely is POSSIBLE, however in order for it to look right, I'd need a nude scout base, and the only one out there is rigged in a way that isn't compatible with my mmd porting method.
trust me I've tried! I'm just not good enough at rigging and modeling to do it ha ha
my entire reccomended is scout covers of songs because i liked a scout rabbit hole cover, not complaining though

I am both terrified and highly fascinated by this video. Also! Where did you get the MMD model from? I've remade a mv for a vocaloid song for tf2 in the past- it would be very convenient to be able to just use mmd!

genuine question did the voice source originally have the second voice effect?(the lower voice singing with scout) if so how did the rvc come out clean? or like is it an utau you made then processed it both separetely then mixed in audacity?
I used a vsqx with two tracks. I ported it to synth v, and rendered it with teto. Then I put each track through RVC and mixed them.
So it's just two different renders mixed together!
