Carol Of The Bells is already the most horrific and scary "carol", so I'm not surprised that the Imperial March works so well with it. Even improves it.
"What about my gifts this year?" "They must never again leave the stocking." "That was never part of our deal, nor was giving gifts to that bounty hunter!" "...Perhaps you feel you're being treated unfairly?"
The irony of this comment. My six year old son believes that Darth Vader brings him presents not Santa. And he doesn't have a elf on a shelf he has a imperial Royal guard that reports to Vader if he miss behaves. As well as being told if he's bad enough that the rebel scum will take his presents. Imperial parenting at it's finest
Sheet music or it didn’t happen. If they really recorded the midi to get the notes there was software back in the day that just spit out sheet music, but it was too high resolution so sometimes the timing was off so you got extremely tiny rests and such.
With every key, you can really FEEL the darkside come out of this stormtrooper... so deep and emotional... it's like he has found a way to express his inner darkside through this melodic sound
Absolute genius, combining Carol of the Bells, one of the best carols, together with the intimidating and menacing theme of Darth Vader. I am definitely playing this next Christmas.
If we cut the christmas thing, it would be a perfect Anakin's theme for the prequels, not saying that the christmas thing was bad, good job as always : ) But it would be a perfect new version
After spending years trying to play different instruments, and not succeeding, I am amazed when I see someone play so beautifully. Not jelly in the least bit, appreciating the talent of others still brings joy.
Tristan Wolf Barrows-Young my first George Winston album I ever bought was “December” “Cold beauty of winter storms” instantly evoked memories of laying in a dark room listening to that album on lonely winter nights. As sad and pathetic as that might sound, it was actually quite a sweet remembrance. Thank you!
This was absolutely incredible! The way you move in and out of each melody while keeping the theme of each incorporated, was genius. Absolutely stunning. Thank you!
This sounds like one of those times when your thinking of a song and the end part of the song sounds like it would sync up with the start of a totally different song perfectly. Then he just made it into a thing
There has to be some dungeon somewhere in the world where people are trapped, and the only act of free will they are allowed to express is to downrate things that are admired and lauded by almost every other living soul. This is brilliant - especially the gloves and armor of the stormtrooper -
This is really cool. I never would have thought to put those two together, and I certainly didn't expect it to sound so fluid when I clicked on the video. Awesome job!
It’s awesome how all of John Williams’ songs are instantly the songs everyone knows. Such as “oh it’s that Christmas song” or “hey it’s those Star Wars songs”
Wow this is amazing! Hey, does anyone know if Star Wars ever made a Christmas Special? I bet if they ever made one it would have turned out really good!
Whaaaaaat?!! Regular pianist just put one of the song after another, and call it mashup. You managed to sneak this 2 melodies into one another, while it's hard to notice at first and becomes apparent after a while. Perfect mushup, glad I had an opportunity to watch it. You sir, got a talent :)
Imperial era stormtrooper training was not lifelong. They were mass recruited from the civilian population and got just enough training to not shoot themselves. This one was obviously a pianist before joining
One day I will learn it I hope I will before christmas, and btw amazing cover from Samuel Kim's version "He kills you when you're sleeping, he chokes you when you're awake. He knows if you are good or bad, but he kills you anyways"

Do you guys know about May the Fourth be with you and Revenge of the Fifth?
Have you heard the tragedy of Darth Atin the wise
*I promise you this year will be a fucking year* 😡
The MIDI represents how many shots it takes a storm trooper to graze a main character.
Unless they set their weapons to stun. Then suddenly it's 1 shot, 1 kill.
Luke Faulkner seems about right
Uncultured swine, not even realizing that the stormtroopers missed on purpose and as soon as they weren't, they hit Leia.
i'm just surprised the stormtrooper hit all the keys accurately

It's happening. January!
I cannot believe how quickly you can learn to play new songs the way you do. Really amazing
AtinPiano you think you could also add in the main Witcher theme to ‘toss a coin to your Witcher ‘ ?
The Witcher 😄
So excited
That was so eerily creepy but calming and soothing. (Also I caught a bit of a ‘Feeling Good’ vibe there) amazing!! Happy holidays
the minor mashup was amazing. I think thats why they went well together
Not only did this mad lad play an imperial march version of carol of the bells, but he played it while wearing a stormtrooper outfit.
