Chicago is about a hypothetical situation, it's not about someone specific. It just so happens that Louis wanted to take on a variety of situations that people could relate to without necessarily having a personal meaning for him. That's why the album is so versatile.

I just added ALL THIS TIME to my favs list. It's just the light airy touch of vocals.....it's so soft against the heavy beats. The contrast pulls you in. This is so experimental for him.

This song Chicago is about his ex girlfriend that live in Chicago when they started dating and they had baby Freddie. But also it everyone hypothetical speaking.
chigaco is about his ex girlfriend hannah who he dated like 2010, she lives in chicago now and has a baby. he's apolozing for being who he truly is just because that made her broke up with him and stuff, you can kinda sense that in the second verse where hes asking her what she thinks about his new relationship and stuff

Hannah lives in London. Danielle is from Chicago. Louis said part of the song is real and part of it is made up. I’m guessing the baby part is made up
