His speed is remarkably underrated. His big hands and defensive instincts make him second to none, but I think what makes him the best defender in the league is his quuckness. He recovers quickly, converts turnovers to fast breaks quickly and overall his leg speed makes him a scary prospect for most offensive players. I would go as far to say that by the end of his career he will be known as the greatest perimeter defender of all time

They know the Spurs defensive system and most probably will apply it to the Warriors so it is not suprising at all that Warriors defense became very good from being a trash.
