But then that kept getting delayed for various reasons so while they continued trying to commit to the bit everyone just morosely accepted the fact that they hated each other now. I believe the eventual payoff was documented in the 2ndJerma video “Everybody Wants To See This Happen”

can i just say i love these compilations and highlights you put together of sters streams. If you miss an episode of the ster stream you will never understand the jokes being made in his chat again. one time while playing overwatch he mentioned he was feeling sick and someone told him that he needed to "change his exercise habits" and for the next two weeks him and people in chat kept quoting it. if i had missed those 5 minutes of that stream i would have had no idea what the fuck he was talking about that entire time. so yeah these videos really help me stay in the loop

Jerma is usually too courteous to outright say he doesn't like something if it'll potentially offend someone, and given the DND incident and that he still hasn't done Myriad with Ster despite it being really obvious, my guess is he doesn't really like roleplaying games. Ster does say stuff to fuck with Jerma, but he also knows Jerma enough to know what Jerma is usually actually feeling.
