This is genius. After my zorc top I tried more ritual decks and one of them was reshef return. This makes me feel like I was just hitting rocks together in a cave
Huge fan of Soul of Purity and Light as well. This is a clean build man, I like the ratios and how you formatted it on Dueling-book too lmao (like how your two Freed are on top of the ROTAs lol). Definitely never thought of using Soul with Paladin Knight as discard fodder with PWWB 🌶️🔥
@@greyce1667 I appreciate that man, I’m a fan of yours as well now! 👍🏽 Inspired to make a build based of your deck. Will defs give you a shoutout if I post it 🙏🏽
Man, this is super cool. I love the idea behind this. I'll be sure to give it a try, as someone who is new to goat ideas like this make me appreciate the format and it's options a LOT more.
This deck should main 1 vortex? 1 luminous spark test worth? I always loved pure light. I like the ideia of playing cold wave/pure light/freed and zaborg. Really cool deck, enjoyed! Hope to see more variations. Light rules
Bad thing is how cost heavy freed and soul are with both of them requiring two lights for effect/summon. Kycoo really does destroy this deck and even book of life that can banish a light from your graveyard hurts. Spy also seems like an issue if you don't noc it and your one of grandmaster and tribe are gone or get killed by a trap.
Paladin engine bricks too much IMO. I tested this with 3 shining angels and Roulette. Crash all 3 angels first turn. Also floats into DD Lady. Much more effective and less bricky. Purity to 1 or 0. Let me explain why: I play tons of Strike Ninja variants and he works similarly like Freed or Purity. Through 100s of games testing I came to the conclusion that ONE Ninja is more than enough. You wanna see ur “banish other monsters” monsters mid to late game. Blade to 2 to make the grind game stronger. + its more likely to have 2k attack cause with Paladin it was difficult to have a low hand count. The warriors are strong 1 for 1s to clear the way for a smooth return/D. Fusion In Freeds case 2 is optimal because he pops stuff n’ he cannot dodge and survive like Ninja. Plus u can toolbox him out (like Ninja) in the right moment. Trust me. I literally run ONE Ninja because even 2 was too cloggy. And u running 2 Freeds + 2 Puritys? Waaaaaay too much. Like purity at 1 would be enough. Or run book of moon or a second Sasuke if u cant get over stuff. Or Lvl 2. That would complement the toolbox engine even better Lastly D. Fusion is so much stronger IMO. Lets u keep ur stuff on board. Can use it to revive 2 monsters mid game to grind it out. It hasnt to be always this “im gonna push for game” type of card. Roulette Barrel has 2000 defense also that applies a lot of pressure. Its like a pseudo Freed. With some battle traps it can get really annoying as a Shining Angel target. Rolling 2 dices is quite good actually. Makes it 1/3 probability to hit ur target. And even if it doesnt hit: ur opponent will make hasty plays like to try to out it and then is when u can punish the overextension with a trap. Like I said. Those changes would make the deck so much more consistent and less bricky. To make u an idea: My version of this runs ONLY 14 monsters. And it runs smooth as hell. I rearly brick. Freed is gonna resolve like 2-3 times on average per game. In many cases u dont even need him. Just warriors do the job and he preps the banish targets for return. His pop eff will condition the opponent so he will play around it. Sooooo… u dont need as much ressources as u think. Freed is not gonna trigger his eff that much. And D. Fusion is perfect for recycling that loop cause the targets dont banish again and go to GY. But with return well… u need to run at least 6 more bricks to have enough fuel. And even then u not gonna need more fuel for Freed. The game should be already be won by a return play or something else. His primary job is to trigger twice for 4 return targets. After that its overkill to think that he needs so much more fuel. Like I said: D. Fusion does such a better job at all of this. And the Paladin engine is cute. But will not be missed. Especially cause u said u never summon him. So nobody would be upset if the engine is something else. Paladin wasnt even appreciated or the focus in this build 😅

High praise from the queen herself! Thank you.
Thunder Nyan Nyan would be great for this deck.
Light decks are always fun to see! Looks like a fun build! Like you said, I can see where Kycoo hurts the deck a lot.

Thanks for the love! Been a long time fan of your stuff.

Cool deck, and very fun. Keep up the spice!
Thank you! And of course thanks for all that you do for the community
Not that it really matters but at 19:15 your opponent didn't take damage from ring.

Can you give us a db link in the description, so we can test this ourselves?
