Its by far the best build quality car from Maruti motors. Its a Crossover Car with advantage of most comfortable Ingress-Egress alongwith the best Rear Seat Comfort with 3 head restraints. Yes It lacks rear AC vents etc.

Sir, I have been driving this car since 2018. I don't face anything like you said about the performance of A.C. It cools down the temperature inside the car within 2-3 minutes. Infact, there is no need of providing vent for the behind passangers. My friends used to say to increase the temperature of A.C as they feel more cooling inside the car. The huyandi provides the vent for the behind passangers. After that creta is not able to do that type of cooling inside the car.

Agreed Scross and ciaz are best Maruti cars to buy. Scross is the Maruti flagship and only Maruti car with all disc brakes and 5 star safety rating, brezza is 4 star. Other Maruti cars may not be that safe. I bought 1.5 litre 105 bhp petrol Scross this January only due to safety. Good pickup and smooth but my local (in bumper to bumper traffic) average is 8.5 only, average speed 11 kmpl. Highway not got chance yet.
S cross positives: big car feel, good road presence, telescopic steering Other compact suv's: Modern looks, compact dimensions(+be for some) , sunroof, 6 airbags in top specs, better resale value, diesel option

Not an apt comparison. They made wrong decisions, not refused to innovate. Maruti dominates the Indian sales charts because they hit the exact bullseye with mileage and service costs, the biggest thing for Indians. Maruti service centers and roadside is available in the most remotest of regions of the country, which cannot be said for others. Would love Maruti to really innovate and reach the levels of Kia and Hyundai, but Maruti is absolutely thrashing for the value for money offerings.
Diesel variants are what the Indian market loves. That torque could never be experienced with a petrol. With no diesel in any maruthi product, sales are only expected to decline.
