I just bought the kit from Coffee Parts and it worked a charm. Hot tip, you can use a screwdriver on the shower-screen itself when removing. It has a little indent for leverage, you don't have to touch the rubber seal at all.
The nano-tech coated shower screen in this clip is much better for flow but an added bonus - its super easy to clean. You only need a soft cloth to wipe away the grinds after a shot, no brush to scrub into the mesh screen itself. 🙌🏽

Nice, yeah I use the screwdriver technique as well, I started tearing the rubber seal by using the pick, despite finding the grooves. Recently replaced it with the silicon ones and they feel so much better.
Would loved if you went into detail more about the shower screens - switching to a San Remo after using LMs for years, I noticed them running a little different. I didn't know it was possible to upgrade them, these replacement one's look far better than what come with San Remos.

Hey Pedro thanks for the awesome video. I have been using the red Cafelat group head seal for a couple of years now in my Rocket Mozzafiato and they come out way easier then the ugly dried up black seals. I just replaced my old red Cafelat seal with a new one and upgraded the shower screen with IMS e61 Competition Shower Screen. This took me less than 30 seconds to do thanks to your vid and the Cafelate seal. The IMS screen works beautifully better flow than the OEM screen !

So awesome! I'm a big fan of the Cafelat Seal and IMS Screen combo, glad you liked it too :)

The main issue is the alignment of the shower screen. I have IMS 200 which came in super great. But after some time it became worse than OEM shower screen due to water coming from one section only.
Tried adjusting the angle with no major impact and went to OEM part for much better result.

Good video, thanks! Suggestion: The ring part of a 12mm ring and open-ended spanner is much easier to use for shower screen removal than the pick, and doesn't damage the seal (if you're wanting to re-install). The ring engages beautifully with the ridge, no sharp edges to scratch anything.

      Great tip!
I've actually never used an open-ended spanner but can see how it would work well :)
Will def try next time I'll pulling out an e61 shower screen and seal.
