  • In another FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF MALAYSIA series, we visit Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia to take in the amazing sights and sounds of one of the best cities in Malaysia. We start our day travelling out to Tasik Cermin, or Mirror Lake, before heading to Sam Poh Tong Temple to take in Ipoh Cave Temple scenery like we've never seen before.
After returning to the town, we try White Coffee and Rainbow Toast in Concubine Lane, Ipoh, before eating the famous Caramel Custard at Thean Chun Coffee Shop. Enjoy!

Personally I feel theres a difference in the milo powder from Australia and Malaysia, I have visited Australia once and purchased a tin of milo there, Australia ones taste more milky less chocolatey compared to Malaysia one. We do make up for the milky taste by adding alot of condensed milk into the milo. I have never been to Thailand, but I will try Milo there if I get the chance 😂 It is so interesting you hunt for MILO everywhere ! 🤣 you definitely are the #milogirl

Milo is just cocoa powder with added nutrients. Cocoa is produced locally while the dairy industry in Australia is more developed. So I guess that's why it's milkier over there.
