I was top 2 last season and top 1 the season before on EU , build is good i would add rabadon after liandry if enemy tankier , if squisher i would prefer luden - infinity- rabadon
And for runes put giant slayer instead of scorch if enemy tankier composition , manaflow bond its okey but i prefer ability haste
