@Luna Mendez yes, if you visit Cordillera, speak English nlng if you cant speak Igorot dialect. But if you know Ilokano, you can use that as alternative.

Honestly, my batchmates were talking about him in our gc and I thought they were talking about Christian who was our classmate before. Turns out it was his big brother. As soon as I've read the conversation I went straight to youtube to watch him and I was not disappointed. He's really good. I like his voice especially the 'cracks' and to be honest english songs suit his voice more. I honestly think, Filipino songs can't accomodate the nature of his voice. It would be better for him to choose songs that can go well with those 'cracks' kasi honestly kapag nagamit ng maayos ang 'cracking' ng voice niya ang ganda pakinggan.

Kinakabahan ako kanina kasi at first glance alam kong mountaineer like me. I can relate well sa accent niya because we, Igorots, really can't express well using the Tagalog language so we opt to use English as our second language rather aside from different dialects we use to communicate. Anyway, wish you luck kabayan hehe
@Luna Mendez ,sa amin kc sa school nmin noon bawal ang magsalita ng dialect nmin dpat english lagi kc my fines un,karamihang school sa Mountain Province ganun,pro ang sabi nman ng ninuno ko maraming amerikano ang 2mira sa Cordillera na guro kya puro english ang salita nla noon hanggang sa maadopt ng generation to generation.

Luna Mendez Opo, marunong parin po kaming magtagalog dahil tinuturo rin po sa mga paaralan dito. Bale may Filipino subjects kami simula ng grade 1 po. Mas marami ang may accent kung nagsasalita ng tagalog nga lang pero meron naman po ung mangilan-ilan na fluent magtagalog (speaking or written or both) :)
