- N.C. Highway Patrol troopers from Surry and Stokes County honored fallen Trooper Samuel Bullard in their latest version of the #LipSyncChallenge. Trooper Bullard was killed during a high speed chase on May 21, 2018.

I'm from Canuckistan and had a hilarious awesome interaction with an NC State Trooper Sergeant about 13 years ago. ... I can't remember his name but still have the great picture he posed for with me. He was so funny and down to earth. America, I love your State Troopers.... they've always been so professional yet hilarious and very very lenient nudge nudge wink wink.
NC State Troopers always look sharp. They’ve popped me a couple times on 26 from Tn when I go over to Cherokee and always professional. Great job on the video.

I have so much respect for the NCSHP going all the way back to the 1970's when we had to make regular trips from Knoxville, TN to my grandparents home in Shelby, NC, eventhough they ticketed my mom not once, but twice. Both times on I-40 in Haywood, Co and the other time in Forsyth, Co. And I especially have respect for those who have to work the I-40 gorge in Haywood Co from the TN line back to Buncombe Co. Many NCSHP troopers have lost their lives working the I-40 gorge due to its switchback curves and very limited pull off space. RIP to all that have.

This makes my sad as recently I have heard about 3 additional officers were killed in the line of duty. This was a great song choice and I couldn't think of a better send off. May Lord be with you and keep you safe.

This defies description. Courage, as a Trooper, must have many faces. THIS face, with dancing, and singing is right up there with gunfights and chasing bad guys. Enjoyed every minute of this, although to be sure, the American Ballet Theatre probably won't be calling any time soon with offers. I literally couldn't tell whether the Trooper playing the guitar was actually playing or not. So, that adds another tick mark to the great job total. REALLY fun. Thanks fellas, that’s one of my favorite songs, I’m a Southern boy from Texas, “stay ALERT stay ALIVE”, God Bless Brothers in Blue, farewell my brave brother, you need not ever call up on repeater: “OFFICER REQUESTING ASSISTANCE”, you’re now surrounded & keep STACKING brothers in Blue “Protecting and Serving” 1st watch- 3rd watch at Christ pearly gates. You’ll never run out of ammo, always have charged batteries on your portable, never have to work off-duty jobs, never have to request a patrol unit & handed one with 1/4 gas, unwashed, slow leak on 2 tires, never have to wear a vest that was already expired, when issued to you, look for extra pens & mechanical pencils to do crash diagrams in the field & chase after your Sergeant to sign off on it. On and on However always be next to our Savior & Father while remembering, all of us down here, walking dark lonely streets after a perp that absconded during a superficial inquest of writing down his DOB on the left side pocket tablet, that you can’t loose because of critical info you have written on numerous cases, ordering a large meal during swing shift only to have to leave running because another officer is requesting assistance, working hostile streets & neighborhoods that have random shootings which are never solved, and yet ,you are ,at peace because you’ve always worked alone after probation & yet even though you’re on Mid-10A shift you feel a serendipitous attitude because your doing something you love & have always had passion for + you don’t know how to do anything else?
now, this is absolutely the BEST of the challenge videos that I have seen.........and its by the ELITE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OF THE GREAT STATE OF NC, SALUTE HONOR RESPECT

Troopers can have hair..But,any Law Enforcement Officers keep in cut very short,so that if in a scuffle,the Shithead can not pull the hair..Just like those of Us in the Military,We cut ours short..
