Really very intersting! I would like to watch a Q&A video with you and Anitta too. I know that is very difficult to see the whole team because of covid, but you could host a member of a team each time! I've enjoyed that one with Timo. You're my favorite youtuber!
Hey, Hanni! As a big admirer of your work from Slovakia (I don't speak a word of Finnish) I have a question. Are you singing the K sound at the end of the word nyyhkyyttee(K) on purpose? I've always noticed it pronounced (and even in this video), but never seen it written like that in the lyrics, so I'm curious 😁 Thanks a lot! 😊
Hello! This is a good question. You have a very good ear. =) We normally sing the "k" in the end of nyyhkyytteek, but since it's not always pronounced even in Savo dialect like that I decided to leave it out. =)
Hey, ma'am Hanni! I have a question for you. In the qna with Timo video you said that loituma had another song, but what is the name of the song? Thank you.
Well, we have a lot of songs, and about 20 of them are recorded. For example Kun mun kultani tulisi, Tähden lentäessä, Laulu laiskana pitävi, Inttäjäispolska. None of them are like Ievan polkka though. =)
awww, you are confused most probably, it should be "... sillon ko TANSSI lasiasta laitaan" :) I had a discussion about this with Anita while I was singing with her haha.
@@slbikereviews2247 1 verse is about how Eva sneaking out of the house to go to the dance party at the neighbor with the boy she is in love with 2nd verse is about every one having fun at the party and playing violin and dancing 3rd verse is about Eva’s mom is going into her room to sing a psalm while Eva and the boy having sex in Eva’s room 4th verse is about the boy is seeing Eva is crying because Eva’s mom have yell at Eva for sneaking out from the house 5th verse is about how the boy is telling Eva’s mom that she promise to stay with Eva no matter what so you can stay in your room and I leave you in peace 6th verse is kinda the same
This is amazing and very informative. However, can anyone tell me what the part of the Grey Sweater Guy in the 1996 version is called? I've been looking for it forever and desperately want to find it so I can perform this song with some friends...

I appreciate how complex and beautiful this song is.

Yep, we had to sing it like Anita. =)

Do you remember me?
Ha! I do! =)

I hope so!
Its Ievan
So, will you not post the karaoke this year?
It depends on Timo at the moment... I've really done my best. Our work takes time and the making of the video takes time.
Love your song, but i have no idea about its story
See the description, it's there in English. =)
