According to some media sources,it was not budgam police,It was cargo srinagar who collected technical evidence and then torchered shabir shatain,and shabir spilled the beans.on the first day budgam police let him go.on that day arifa was in his home dead or alive.when police asked him who is lying under blanket,he said she is my wife.if police have checked who is lying under blanket then things might have different....
