If your skin isn’t too sensitive, then it’s fine to use both (vit C in AM and retinol in PM), but start off slow and be careful not to irritate your skin.
Was it already opened? It should come fully sealed, and you have to twist the cap on tightly in order to break the seal. If the seal came already broken, that’s probably why it’s oxidized. I just had this problem with a different brand
@@DrHeatherMDso do I put water on my face first, then the serum and sunscreen?(1 time a day?) This my first time and I’m trying to fix my uneven skin tone
It is a small metal tube so it is not exposed to much air. All vitamin C products will oxidize over time but the benefit of a smaller package is that you can usually use it within a month or two making it less likely to oxidize.
Can I use this serum in the morning after cleansing and resurfacing retinol serum in the night ?

Can I use this at night?
I just bought mine and it's already yellow.
So its BEEN a month IS it good?
@sot5483 You have to keep the box. Half of the box in the inside is purple. Keep the tube saved in the box on that side.

Serum first and then sunscreen.
Sunscreen should be the LAST step in your routine

The packaging is really good as well. It's hard for light to get inside.
Is it okay to put this in the fridge?
And once it starts to oxidize, does that mean it's no longer effective?
I would like to know if I can use this serum if I use oil free products for my face?
