Now we found out it made him retire… unfortunate
he sucks
@@porkchop3918bro shut up
He’s had neck issues since college, it wasn’t like this single handedly took an otherwise healthy player out. Still sucks, rookie LVE was a dawg
250lb being thrown by 350lb into 200lb running full speed. Football is a tough game
Wasn’t intentional tho
People blaming Williams for doing his job vanderesh went for the runner and Williams protected his runner
Partially true, sure. He was definitely holding. Accident, yes. Dirty play, yes. Both things can be true & are true with this situation. LVE was around Williams left side. Williams turned his whole body, and reached around LVE with his entire right arm. Not a clean block at all. Had he not been holding LVE, the collision would have not happened. Williams holding & pushing is what sent LVE into a stumble. These are facts that can’t be argued, we all see it clear as day lol. Nobody is saying he did it on purpose, but everyone is saying it’s his fault. And just as before, both of those things can be true & are true in this situation.
Here to say fuck Trent Williams for this one… he owes LVE some $
😂
How? LVE tried to go around and under Trent with his head down! That’s not smart and Trent just followed through on his block. Why U not mad at Micah for running into him blindly and breaking his neck?
Just a freak accident. Strongest men in the world slamming into each other like car accidents. Just comes with the brutal game
Imagine being this soft
As a lifelong 9ers hater, nothing dirty about this at all
He was damaged goods since college. This was a regular play.
Great block by Twilliams and
Great run by JPmason
Imo, it was incidental contact. At full speed, it’s obvious there was only a split second of Williams “seeing” Parsons. It was definitely holding and/or block in the back by Williams, but it didn’t look intentional to me. Just my opinion.
It's a legal block at the line of scrimmage so can't even call Trent on that
@@JL-zn4mrgrabbing someone in a hug and throwing them into another player head first with all your weight is a “clean play” ?
@@NomadicCole Bro did you even watch the full speed? LB tries to slip the LT, his own momentum was already taking him there.... tell me you never played without telling me you never played.
Slow motion makes it maybe look dirty, but at full speed it’s obviously a normal football play. I see linemen do this all the time, especially on stretch runs. It was just unfortunate parsons was right there.
Trent got beat, continued the block from back. Honestly, wasn’t dirty but borderline flag, unfortunate that Micah was there pursuing runner
He was trying to take em both out at once but Lve was falling it wasn’t intentional
LOL, no way that was intentional....
It was intentional because they new he kept on getting neck injuries so they threw him into micah
lol@@JimmyGwizz
@@JimmyGwizz Trent doesn’t have eyes on the back of his head how did he know Micah was behind him bozo? Trent was doing a legal block bozo you don’t know ball🤡🤡🤡🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Looks like Lieighton tried to speed around trent's left side. Trent changes angle to engage in a block. Defender seems to slip or lose footing when contact is made, stumbling forwards toward the ballcarrier. RB is passing a defender in an awkward position on the ground. Micah's right side collides with Leighton's head while pursuing the ballcarrier from the other side.
Honestly kinda think that was just a freak accident. Especially when your playing a game like football things happen in less than a second
Not really a "freak accident" when Trent is literally pushing him into another player
And this ain't his first shot he has a history of hurting players like this
Niners fan, here. Probably a block in the back, looked like LVE beat him to the edge and Williams had to improvise. Bad play by Williams, I don't think it was intentional, but not a good look at all. There's a reason why it's a penalty.
Blocks 2 of their best defenders and retires one of them in the process dam Trent willams is a beast
No fault on either side, just an unfortunate angle of contact with a 3rd party neither could see until contact. We're taking LVE, knocked off balance & driven downward into plant position by the best OT in football, and Micah was just there in pursuit. It's the unfortunate side of a beautiful game.
Honestly kinda just looks like he was already falling in that direction. Can’t blame Williams what was he gonna do in that situation. It’s not like he’s thinking about his health in that particular moment
Funny how this kinda shit only gets called in favor of the chiefs
Somebody was blocking
somebody was rushing
Somebody was in the way.
He just straight up threw him into another players
I don't see any malicious intent in this. I see a normal play where Trent Williams is doing his job. He kept a linebacker from hitting his teammate and potentially forcing a fumble. Every man is responsible for his own health individually on the football field. TBH, Vander Esch should've retired long before this play. He knew he would have a shortened career with his spinal stenosis. There's no way anyone with that condition is going to play/should play longer than 7 seasons. Opposing players shouldn't let up on each other because of the other guy being injury prone. If it wasn't Trent Williams, it just would've been someone else who would've retired Vander Esch. Why Williams got a fine is a mystery to me.
Atleast it was a touchdown 😂
He definitely pushed him in the back but I doubt trent knew he was going to him him head first into Micah. The injury was just an unfortunate accident.
Was a accident, yes it was pushing in the back clearly,Williams got beat on the play ,but was not meant to harm
Of course he intentionally blocked the man violently like he was payed to do. It’s called football folks 😂
good block
Let me rename this
LVS decides to become a idiot for a play and lead with his head (doesn’t end well)
He lost his footing
He’s grabbed in a hug and shoved head first into Micah parsons. 100 percent dirty. Trent should be fined.
@@NomadicCole No he easily defeats a dude leading with his head and that guy just happens to run into Micah ain’t a complicated concept
This is what I mean when I say that people can be so disingenuous. SmH. There’s a reason it was played in slow motion FIRST. It was obviously a freak accident. If Micah wasn’t there, it would’ve been nothing but another run of the mill block. But because of the injury, there’s a whole crowd people calling him dirty and claiming he hurt that man on purpose. Coincidentally, ALL of the people saying it also play it slow motion. Crazy.
Can you show the part where I said he did this on purpose? Or even the part where I mentioned this not being an accident? I seem to be lost searching for that info
LVE tried to bulldoze through Trent only pushed his motion downward how was he suppose to know someone was gonna be right behind him he didn't slam anyone just unfortunate
Its not even close to a penalty. The LB was engaged with Williams in the box, and legal, tried to duck and get under him which exposed his back. This is NOT a penalty. Learn how to read, then go look at the NFL rule book. SMH idiots everywhere these days
Never said it was a penalty
Dude chill why r u mad
Buddies mad cause he know it’s a penalty
@Josiahcolorguard When dod I say I was mad? I'm just disappointed there are so many idiots who watch a sport they don't understand.
@@GdgsgHahshsfit’s not tho
Vander had a weak neck.
It was just a flag!!!
I mean it sucks that Vender Esch may have his career ended by this injury, but this was more due to a pursuing Parsons that ran into where he was, and I'm not blaming Parsons on this either, sometimes shit happens and "friendly fire" incidents happen in football. And lets not forget Vander Esch has had a long history of neck problems. But no one but delusional Cowboy fans are calling this a dirty play... looks at your profit picture.. yup.
Dude, this dude has a potential career ending injury to a guy who has a history of playing dirty against players I think Trent should be fined, it’s justice, and it’s paying some respect to vander esch, I mean if you got injured like that, wouldn’t you want people to be on your side?
The fact this was not called in the game and now vander esch is retired because of it really bums me out. Trent’s a dirty player, always has been… and this is too far. He needs to reach out to LVE and give him a retirement fund. People saying LVE had preexisting neck issues are missing the fact that he was playing almost his best football until this play. Fuck Trent and fuck everybody defending this play
Vander Trash had neck issues since college. He missed multiple games per year 3 out of 6 seasons because of neck injuries and had neck surgery before the start of last season. Poor tackling technique since HS. He was built with match sticks
Come on I don't see any dirty hit! If anything he should have had his head up
I hope trent williams gets put in the hospital. Sorry Leighton 🙏
