Great video! This fight could go either way for a lot of reasons, I think. If Hulk could somehow kill Iceman in his human form then Hulk has an easy win. But if Iceman can manage to”kill” Hulk early in the fight before he becomes so angry that he is essentially impervious, then Iceman can super deep freeze him to prevent him from regenerating (green door style) by essentially putting him in stasis. Iceman wins. In my nerdy brain, those are the two ways a guarantee win could happen.
The longer Iceman fights the probability of him winning goes down because the hulk will get madder over time. So if Iceman goes 100% in the first minute game over

Ice is used i think to cool down gamma radiation. There isnt enough fury to keep you from getting brain freeze. Ice man is literally radiations antithesis he can cool it down. Hulk has low chance of winning this. The water in hulks body could be frozen to cool him down.
Before watching, I'd say it's a draw because neither could hurt the other. I mean technically Worldbreaker Hulk could destroy the planet. He'd survive but not sure that counts as a win. Otherwise Bobby is pretty much immortal as long as there is moisture. So Hulk could smash Iceman a million times and he'd just reform, and Iceman can't really hurt Worldbreaker Hulk... and if he did, he has instant healing anyway. Seems like an eternal stalemate, since both are almost impossible to kill.
Absolute zero is infinity so............. anyhow I don't see how any physical force can take out iceman. And I don't see how iceman can generate the attack power to physically kill hulk. Hulk is probobly able to kill him by generating enough gamma radiation. Hulks energy levels self regenerate. The most powerfull version of hulk is almost god like in power. Hulks greatest enemy is probobly magic really.
