It's the coolest thing to see someome just coast at the back of the pack and then just move up on the final lap to win.
14:30 quite intense pushing and barging from Nanjondo taking Hull out of her sprint. I wonder where they draw the line towards what is alowed and what not ?
I noticed that and that both the Ugandan runners did it and got away with it! Shame because Jess Hull is good.
Probably the most delicate and hardest part of the race both mentally and physically to see Jess go down like that in the last 100 breaks my heart 😔

I know this is world class field but I think Hull could have done better, at least qualified for the final. She's a brilliant runner, I'm looking forward to seeing what she does in the future.

I am glad i am doing the 800m, 1500m is quite long😅
It is a long way to run hard. You have to have speed and endurance.
Most 1500 meter runners do not have the speed to compete in the 400 meters or 800 meters.
That's what the 400m runners say about the 800m

I remember after this semis people were complaining about how slow the first race was. A 'shame' for world class athletes. Apparently Simpson's semi final was a better race. Faster. Little did they know none of them would be able to keep up with these 'slow racers' in the finals, lol. They were smoked 😂
hassan had run the 10k heat as well

@@mikenealon4042 there are no heats for the 10000. Just the final. If you qualify for the standard you run the final

the reason sifan raced the 10k/1500 is due to scheduling. right?
alot of doubters claim it impossible to complete this
double.
i assume she would've raced a 5k/1500, but the spacing of the two events made it impossible
for her, so she killed the 10k first.
