Took my 16 year old daughter to see Olivia Rodrigo at Madison Square Garden in NYC on 4/5! The concert was incredible ! I am almost 51 and I love her songs! I have a 16 year old nephew and he never learned how to write in cursive when he was in elementry school. I don’t know if he is learning it now in high school or not, but most schools around me anyway, use ipads, computers or other sources of tech for their schooling. I think, but am unsure of if in Maryland(where my nephew lives) if they use tech, or if the teachers still teach cursive to students. I live in Pennsylvania, and my one friend who has kids of her own,posted on Facebook that her kids are not learning cursive but are beimg taught how to properly type and spell using ipads and computers. Technology is becoming way too advanced these days in my opinion. 11:31 my favorite artist is Hunter Hayes, and my favorite song by him are Wanted and also Tell Me. Please listen to both of them. I think you would like them.

Edit: since you're talking about it, I was always the oldest person in school because my birthday was in August on August 17th right before my school went back to school like sometime at the end of August. It was always weird being the oldest person in school and never getting to celebrate my birthday at school. So the teacher I had for all four years of high school she felt bad every time someone celebrated their birthday in class so on the 1st day of school she always celebrate my birthday. That's because after a year of me being sad that people celebrated their birthday in class, the last 3 years of high school she did that. It was very nice of her to do that but she didn't have to. She also made sure that the first day of school was for everyone who had a birthday at the last half of Summer but also for the kids who had a birthday the first day of school. Also she celebrated the last day of school with a party for all those kids but also for kids who would have their birthday during the first half of summer. She was the nicest teacher ever making everyone feel like they're included. This is because it was a special education class for people with disabilities. She wanted everyone to feel like they were not left behind and they were always included. There was also a table at school that if kids didn't have friends they could sit with each other. They were all the special education high school kids who could just essentially be friends with each other. My school made everyone feel included even the people with physical and mental disabilities.
Okay I wish I could send Colleen a picture, but I saw a post of someone making a super cute pathway of rocks and they formed the rocks into flower shapes and it is the cutest thing and I feel like she could do something like that with all her rocks. I think that if Pinocchio were to say “my nose will grow now”, that is a command, not necessarily a statement, so therefore, I think that his nose would not grow because it is not a lie, because he didn’t state anything. He just simply tried to give a command or direction to himself, which is stupid. if that makes sense.

My birthday is a day after your's and my mother did the opposite because my older sister's birthday is in December and the teachers advised my mother to keep her in nursery school another year. So when I came along with a birthday in late November my mother automatically just put me in nursery school a year later. There are pros and cons to being the oldest and the youngest in class, I think.

I haven't been able to listen to The Grudge since my dad died in December. We had a tumultuous relationship, but things had been getting better. I had been working up the strength to forgive. I read the lyrics of the song to my therapist when they came out and she thought it could have been thoughts out of my own head. I didn't have time to fully find the strength. It's hard to come to terms with. It's hard to still have those feelings now that he's gone.

My birthday is a day after your's and my mother did the opposite because my older sister's birthday is in December and the teachers advised my mother to keep her in nursery school another year. So when I came along with a birthday in late November my mother automatically just put me in nursery school a year later. There are pros and cons to being the oldest and the youngest in class, I think.

I haven't been able to listen to The Grudge since my dad died in December. We had a tumultuous relationship, but things had been getting better. I had been working up the strength to forgive. I read the lyrics of the song to my therapist when they came out and she thought it could have been thoughts out of my own head.
I didn't have time to fully find the strength. It's hard to come to terms with. It's hard to still have those feelings now that he's gone.
My favorite artist when I is Debbie Gibson. She is the youngest female artist to write, produce and sing a number one hit, "Foolish Beat." It's a great one, but my favorite is Lost in Your Eyes, No More Rhyme, and We Could Be Together."After her teen years she went on to do Broadway. She played Eponine and then Belle on Broadway. She also played Sandy from Grease in the West End production. You might enjoy her. Oh! What is that classical piece you play when you show your gorgeous rock collection?

MUSIC: I can tell that we have very different music tastes lol but you seem to appreciate great lyrics. I feel like as a mother you would bawl listening to Protector by Beyoncé. Sza is also an amazing writer/singer. Her style is all over the place when it comes to genre. Off of the top of my head I'd suggest to you her songs Drew Barrymore, Good Days, 20 Something, Special, Gone Girl, and Saturn.
