I’m on day 31 of my fitness journey, unfortunately, I’ve had to do it from home, can’t really afford a gym at the moment, but I’m gradually getting better, I graduated to 40 minutes for my workouts now, and I planned on getting more equipment from me to use here at home in the very near future. Also this pajamas are absolutely adorable. I love them.!🩷🩷🩷🩷

Hi Chelsea! ☺️ I hope you are doing well! For your skin you should try doing a microneedling in a salon! I don't know if you know what it is or if you already tried it,but it helps alot for scarring, bumps and acne! My sister who had a acne prone skin almost like yours really helped her! It actually cleared out eveything! Sorry for my English ahahaha i'm French but I tried my best!
i had the same problem then i realized that it was my moisturizer. It was way too thick causing comedones....maybe its that? I still have active acne when i get my period but my comedones are gone after i switched to a gel moisturizer and i started taking probiotics as well.
