@@Goughie thanks man, think that has been my favourite shot with this camera so far! Think it captured perfectly what the Q2 gives. Ooohh to replace anything or an addition? Can the X100v and Q2 co-exist peacefully??
I have had the Q2M for 18 months now, pure joy. My first Leica too. Love everything about it (bar the autonomy), the DR is nuts, the lens superb, and the ergos and feel of that body, mmmm.
@@denislejeune9218 I’d love to have one of the mono versions one day, I’m a massive fan of the b&w images that come out of this, let alone with a dedicated sensor. I agree about the lens, not fully on board with the ergonomics completely I have to say, but overall it’s a great camera!
Great shots, and the super grainy edit was so good too. My first Leica was the original Q and while I do love my M body, that leaf shutter is so nice to have and super stealthy.
@@Caballeroshot thanks very much man, really felt the grainy edit suited the atmosphere in London that day. Y It’s a big change aurally using the leaf shutter but for public places you’re right, so stealthy.
Hi Mark, cheers for the advice. It's not actually my camera, but I'll pass it on to my friend. I'm personally a fan of scratches and marks from use on my cameras (once it's not on any glass) but that's not everyones preference!
Great stuff guys. I recently bought myself a Leica Q first model and visited London couple months ago and it was a joy to use the camera and amazing build too. Good job guys! 🫡
Thanks man, that’s nice of you so say! Yeah the build quality with the Qs is definitely a highlight of the camera, glad to hear you’re enjoying your Q!
Love the two pigeon image! I’m seriously contemplating a Q2! Great video!

@ my X100V has been stolen by the Mrs… so they have to co-exist 😂
@ ahhh no what a shame, you’ll have to buy another camera for yourself, terrible terrible scenario..

Lovely bokeh for a 28mm
@@AshBashSneakers you’re not wrong, for such a wide lens that 1.7 aperture gets some lovely separation and bokeh
Please put the leather ears on your Q2, it will Protect that area from scratches.
