Winter Park Ski Resort New Year's Eve Colorado 12/31/2022

Powder Day! 8" overnight and a total of 24" in the past 3 days, and it's still coming down. It's a bounty of powder for the eager early risers. The day starts off uncrowded, but picks up the pace as more and more skiers and riders arrive. Blustery and overcast are the main features of today's weather, then the sun starts to poke through. The first couple of runs are magical in the fresh, light, and deep powder. Feathery smooth and quiet turns on open slopes. Soon, the powder is all eaten up and there's only a smooth soft surface to glide down.

Thank you for continuing to make high quality, long videos. Great for relaxing or working out. I also appreciate you doing the same great places. Curious if WP groomed after snow got skied out. They advertised more grooming this year. I was at Steamboat recently and the grooming was awful. I really prefer WP to about anywhere. Thank you.

Was just there. Skied 12/23-24. Runs were all great, but Cheshire Cat was a pure sheet of ice at the top. Glad to see they got some more powder there now.
