I think there are a lot of reasons here at play.. the camera's Field of View, the widened roads, and maybe even the absence of G force when watching these as well, among a myriad of other things that make the movement seems slower than it is. Driving 80 irl is pretty fast esp in the middle of the city roads, but driving 80 in forza feels like you're a slow driver..
