Great video as always! It's so unfortunate that the performance mode has no dynamic res. Locked 60 is great, but 1080p is just way to low without any upscaling on a big screen.
Yeah, it has a very strange performance profile on consoles considering the PC version running on similar hardware to the consoles is far more capable.
You do awesome work! Have you tested Final Fantasy 16? In combat specifically. On the base PS5 it drops straight to 720p in combat, and I wonder if it still does that on Pro or if it has higher dynamic resolution now.

Looks like the PRO is allot more stable and consistent via the FPS and the resolution and that's without a pro patch. What are those 2.9, 1.7 numbers represents?
Slow motion is related to the passing of time and has nothing to do with fps, or frames per 1 second. Slow motion is the stretching of that one second to be, for example, 2 seconds which equates to 30fp0.5s or 30 frames per half second. Sorry to be pedantic but they are completely different.

Can you do final fantasy 16 on the pro

Well, that’s pretty conclusive. Great comparison video.

Can you do Lord of the Fallen next? I heard the patch for PS5 Pro is pretty good.
Try miles morales ps5 at each mode (at ps5 standard or slim and pro)
There is an Issue with base Ps5 Performance mode. I mean Series X has more Power but that much is weird.

Valeu. Vou pensar a respeito.
Why is this game dropping so much frames on PS5/XSX? It's in 1080p and shouldn't have a problem.
Gpu/ memory bandwidth bottleneck
@valonfazlija889 Shouldn't be an issue at 1080p. The PS5 drop all the way to 33 fps at the lowest, it makes no sense.

I finished the game in performance mode and the frame drops are not that frequent. Overall, the game's performance is reasonable.
@@brazilpixel The performance is very bad in this video
Would you say the bottleneck on this game is the graphics card then? Or is the small CPU overclock solving the drops?
Definitely more GPU bottlenecked than CPU in that scene.
This fucking dub lol

I may be very wrong but it looks like 2 band aids crossing so maybe it means Patch 2.9, 1.7?🤷♂️
These are the patch versions.

Pretty impressive that series x is taking less power to output more frames. S
It seems something is off with PS5 code.
In general, the Series X has always used less energy than the PS5.
