There is a cafe outside of Nagoya University called Seattle cafe. The cafe is very nice. I used to go to this place and sit at a cosy place and study Japanese. The dormitory room is a typical japanese similar to the Mitsubishi company's dormitory in Obata.

University provides info about the openings from time to time once you get enroll. Also, you can check the University website for the other options. There might be some pre-admission scholarships too, but you need to check with the department. 2. I came here during covid and University sent a person of some travel agency to help at the airport and rest of the procedure was different during covid from the general days, I think. So there should be help from University, I think. 3. Yes, people here are quite supportive. 4. Expenses depends on your lifestyle. But in general, talking in INR , it would be around 70-80k per month or JPY 1,20,000 TO 1,50,000 Per month. 5. Schedule is not too tight but it is punctuality and sincerity which will help you here.

The best student who accepted to the G30 program (Englist taught) will be nominated to get MEXT Scholarship. Living expenses depends on one's lifestyle. You can easily manage in between 1,20,000 to 1,50,000 per month here in Nagoya.
