I beg thee to make a Jonathan reaction.
Traumas!!! (Bros trauma is so overlooked I'm going insane give my boy a break) ;;
His dad, obviously, going through abuse and everything since the day you were born is ALOT of trauma by itself.
Due to his dad not being y'know, present in the family, he had to give up his childhood to take care of his brother, which is lots of pressure for a kid aswell.
ANOTHER THING ABOUT HIS DAD! Cause damn the daddy issues are huge-- Jonathan went to Lonnie's house in Season 1 to look for Will and looked in the TRUNK. What the hell did Lonnie do to his kids for Jonathan to look in the trunk!? Daddy issues and trauma going strong in this man. Another thing, also in Season 1, Lonnie tells Jonathan "You've gotten stronger" so he likely got into physical fights with Lonnie aswell. Lonnie is a shitty dad.
Huge trust issues.
Blaming himself for Will's disappearance.
Bullying from Steve and his old friends in Season 1.
Being beat up/knocked out by a mind flayed Bruce Lowe in Season 3 Episode 5 while in the hospital.
Him getting into drugs and stuff, likely to suppress the trauma he's gone through.
Probably more but I can't list everything or this comment gonna end up to long !?
