If you want a wanted level at almost any stage in the game (lv. 10-60, must access melee weapons) then you'll need to equip your crims with the best armor and melees you have, then move to a very compact space then put your crims in that space. this will last longer depending on your gear although it's usually endless if you use the best melees and armor, or gamepass weapons equipped. i got this strategy from one of my friends, but i might not be giving the exact instructions as him. haven't tested it with ranged though so use it at your own risk of your wanted level (note to sunny, would be nice if you can test it)
I did I used the bar place, it works well, but only trough wanted level 1-16 after that I wont work as good because of stronger enemies(note I am a lvl 110 so it would be even worse for people not my level but still a good strategy thanks!)

Here's my grinding method: Go to SS Infamy (or SS Maria, as the old name) and open the 2 vault doors. After that, get a really high wanted level then spawn your criminals inside the vault. Then when all of the police forces or other enemies bust into the vault, just melee all of them.

Yeah end game gun is the best gun in the game. Also any gun that cost 100k-400k is good for that level

What type of weapons do you recommend for people with a level under 30
Shot guns and light machine guns
Ps: shot guns are better for close close combat so you should only use a shot gun when inside of a building

nah u can just camp at the jewellery store and steal jewelleries it respawns really quickly I got 100K per hour
