Hi Pelumz thanks for sharing this it's really helpful My question is am making a tulle skirt too but I added the hard net and I placed it on the first layer but not really a hard net though....should place it inside or it okay been the first layer....thank you
Hi Titi, thank you, I'm glad you found it helpful. I think it depends on the look you are going for. If you want the airy cloud like look, hardnet at the front won't do it. But in your case, you said your net isn't really hard, so it could be fine. My net/tulle was not very soft or hard, it had enough structure like proper hard tulle but was light like soft net. You can send me a DM on instagram with the picture of the tulle. I hope this helps
Hello. I spoke about it starting from 8:05-9:32 (doo watch the video again). divide the hip circumference by 3.142 to get your radius. fold your fabric in half to have one folded edge and one selvedge edge. select any corner of your fabric, and starting from that corner, mark the measurement you got in a circular manner, pivoting it around till you get to the other edge. afterwards, from the line you just drew, mark the length of your skirt. I hope this clarifies it.
@@SewphiliaStudio meaning the waist of the tulle will be the same as the tafetta? Cuz i actually thought when cutting for flare you use the waist measurement🤷 just thinking tho
Hello,
Tried this for a 16" doll an it worked, thanks for sharing.

What's the purpose of the crinoline?
To make the lining stand out to give extra puffiness. Otherwise the lining will be flat and lean towards your skin not outwards
@@SewphiliaStudio thanks hey..
would be better if you improve the quality of your audio and no background music plz!
Thank you
