They didn't write down the numbers circled to calculate the LCM which is why I think it's confusing. They circled the numbers to show that they are the same number in the same column. The numbers next to LCM is from writing down the number in each column. Hope this helps you to understand what they did.

Sir it is wrong. The actual answer is 540. According to my knowledge, By using various methods of LCM finding. The LCM of two non - zero integers 15,12,18 and 27 the smallest positive integer is 540 I'm 10 years old!

You need to lean to do a proof before you write someone is wrong. This is easy to prove: 108/27=4, 108/18=6, 108/12=9 so the math is correct and 108 is less than your 540 but good for you giving this a go. 108 is the answer but making mistakes is how we learn.
