I went to an auction and bid $1.00 for something and won it. They marked $1.00 down on a ticket. Some guy hollered at them that he wanted to bid and they started the bidding over. So he won the bid and I told that lady to cross that dollar off. Went and paid for the stuff I had won before that and left. Never went back to another one of their auctions and I had went to several of them before that.
That happened to me once (abt 3 years ago), and I've not been to another one of their auctions since. Last I heard, business isn't well for them, and not because of C-vid...they were found to be using shill bidders to drive up bids. It doesn't take long for word to get around about an unethical auctioneer or estate sale company.

Daisy is soooo cute! My little dog has fallen in love with my Amazon delivery driver. I have to wait till he is in his truck and gone before opening the door to get packages, because she will rush by me and go get into his truck is he isn't gone already. Obviously, our babies are not spoiled, lol.
Dominic, when you go to these estate sales at these old or Victorian houses, you need to ask if you can metal detect the property before they sell the house. Go with the "I might be able to find something that relates back to the house or person who lived there" approach. I've gained permission to many houses by doing this. For the most part, they would be happy if you found something that related back to the family before it's lost forever. HH Matt
I was recently blocked by my prime eBay retail source, because I gave them neutral feedback on one item out of many I've bought from them, with a note asking them to be a little more accurate in their descriptions. Well, their auction prices will dip significantly because I used to bid on almost every one of their items, so win or lose, I affected many of their items.

There is this stuff called Sew Clean. It is a product I found through quilting. If you get a stain of any kind it will pull it out quickly and easily with no damage. A q-tip will just wipe most things off. It is kinds of expensive but it only takes a drop so it lasts for years and years.

Also one bites into the mat she's sitting on and shakes it around LOL You can imagine two of them trying to get through the door to the mail carrier at the same time! I would’ve come to an agreement that you could film the estate sales only on a condition that you advertised my company in it so more people would wanna come to my sales! That’s how real People do business in the real world. Imagine how much of a sellout that they could have…. Their loss! They lose out on perspective customers if you don't go and film their sale and talk it up, as you usually do. They made a big mistake and instead of accepting that, they decided to turn their attention onto you filming at their sales. Did they ever advertise no filming when they sent out emails? Why would they make such a tiny sign, probably after the fact, just to tell the owner of the items that they post a sign that no filming is allowed? They must have seen you filming during the many sales you attended Why didn't they stop you? I certainly wouldn't trust this company to do an estate sale for me. When someone makes a mistake and puts blame on someone else, they're not trustworthy. Maybe you should block them from your TH-cam channel. They don't seem like people you need to be spying on you to see what you say about them
Well it's hard to block someone from You-tube--they can easily watch your video from a different account. I have three accounts myself, not to mention you can watch with someone else's account.
It is not right what they did to you. You are being punished for something you had no control over. And you took very good care of the family. You don't need them. It is their loss.
I hate estate sales. Never find good deals, overpriced, mainly just furniture and knick knacks, and handled by companies who want money rather than people just getting rid of stuff. Prefer garage sales and thrifting
I suppose it varies a lot. Around here, many of them are put on by the family of the deceased. I recently bought a box of seven good tools for $5. There are some great things to find....it totally depends on who's running it. I live in South Carolina, btw.

I didn't watch the other video yet - but with all the sales I go to they say all sales are final. I am sure this is the same with this vendor. In any case - I make a note to ask up front if anything is off limits. A lot of times they do not block off family photos or other paper objects - this is what I target. Just recently I visited a sale where I spent a considerable amount of time picking only for them to tell me the items I picked were not for sale. Lastly there are the estate sales that offer a price on a box of photos - only to secretly pick through you box on the hold table and take our some key items. When this happens - we re-sellers need to inform each other. Banned - F- Them. Get your reseller friends to not go to their sales like I do here in NJ when I have been wronged! Sorry that happened. That is crazy. You should try auctions too. I got a creepy doll for less than $10 and sold it on ebay for $800. Luckily you do not get flack from auctioneers when an item you buy goes crazy high. It is a wonderful advertisement for people

It seems to me, after watching the update video and this one, that the Estate Sale Company, made a huge error, but blamed you for their mistake!! Hoping that the family would explode at you and cause you all sorts of problems!! I agree the notice on the recording should be much larger, not hidden away like T&C's on a contract!! All I know is it will be their loss, not yours, as more people find out about their shady dealings they will get less business!! Word spreads quickly in my experience!! Oh, and yes you did the right thing with the item, anybody with an ounce of decency and ethics would have done the same!!

The stains on placements is usually good or drink. Try using peroxide next time. It’ll get rid of anything protein based.

I went to one of their sales today and saw the big NO PHOTOS OR FILMING sign. I had to laugh at the "Anti Prime Time" sign and I was about to take a photo of it for you but they were watching.

There was one big handwritten sign in the living room. There were way too many people around to discreetly take a photo. I’ll try next time.
