I don't know why but treading water is literally the only thing that I'm not good at when it comes to swimming. I have family that went to the olympics and can easily do 16 lengths of a 25m pool in under 10mins as I did that to pass a lifeguard exam but I suck at treading water and struggle to do it past 3-4 mins. I think I could breast stroke in circles for longer than I could tread water for if I was stranded, anybody else have this issue?
